Twice their app has overcharged me. No one to call.The hamburgers are always smashed. $14.00 for 2 cheese burgers. We need to boycott all of these rip off fast food companies. The more they charge and more the employees get paid, the worse the food gets. They don't understand what fast food is supposed to be. The employees no nothing about nothing. You would think for $20 and hour they would have at least some intelligence. They think they are a high end restaraunt. They want $5 for 6 onion rings.

I came in the drive thru about 30 mins ago and Jacob helped me out at the window. He was SO kind, helpful, and noble. The food was delicious as always but nothing tops A-1 customer service- coming from someone who has years under her belt of working in the food industry. If the manager is reading this review, give that boy a raise!!

My online order wasn't ready.I had to wait at least a couple of minutes, not more than five minutes.But it should have been ready. Two milkshakes, oreo cookie and vanilla also did not come with the cherries on top, like they should
