I was in town and stopped by to grap something to eat. My family and I walked in and right away you can see that they were short staffed. The manager was trying to help on the drive through and also take orders from the inside. Took a couple minutes to be able to order and took a couple minutes for our food to be ready. But you know what I used to be a manager at a fast food restaurant and this Manger (Glendy) hopefully I spelled it right. She was doing such an amazing job. They were very behind but yet with great attitude and all the associates were very nice even though they were going through it. This manager needs a raise and she needs to be more appreciated. Glendy is a great manager and now a days it's hard to have a great manager. She's doing her job how it should be, with great work ethics and great attitude.

This place is a scam. They said I only get 1 ranch with my zucchini so they charged me 38 cents for an extra one but it wasn't even in the bag. The receipt for the ranch said I bought extra lettuce.Paying $11.08 for a famous star and zucchini isn't enough to get 2 ranches?!Plus I ordered my Famous Star no onion and well done. The meat wasn't cooked all the way and there was onion on the burger. Here is my receipt that says I bought extra lettuce.

This place sucks ..everyone should go to subway food is trash ..night crew sucks especially that one Hispanic lady in the window shes dumb as a fish ? ordered two burgers gave me one..ordered a combo never gave me fries...never gave me a receipt...honked multiple times to get their attention to fix my order as I always check my order before I leave..had to go through the drive thru again to get her attention ..was not a pleasant experience like seriously what place is this and I was cold ❄️-1 star fr just Go To Subway .It's literally right behind them or In n Out at Yucaipa.

Staff is absolutely useless. Ordered two burgers and the overpaid retards couldn't get either one right even after making us leave drive thru to go park. Calling to complain does nothing because the manager can't speak enough English to handle a complaint.

If I could leave zero, I would. Ordered for sit down and waited 30 min. During this time, saw two drive through customers come in with something wrong in their orders. Finally got our food, it was COLD and burgers looked thrown together. Go anywhere for food but here, you won't do worse!
