Massive line, and the one poor girl working has to stop and keep doing online orders (4 I've counted so far). Horrible staffing job. She was so sweet, really sad management does this to their people.

Me and my boyfriend live down the street so this is our go to ice cream shop. A little pricey, but I personally think it's worth it. I've only encountered a long line once, but that kind of thing doesn't really bother me as long as the staff is nice, and they were.

I had a Reese’s Peanut Butter Shake, it was delicious but a little pricey. The staff there was very friendly and personable.

If you like brownies.. get it! Don't even think about it! Staff was friendly, mine was nicely mixed with cherries and cheesecake ice cream as requested... So good! ....My daughter's however, wasn't as good, we were not paying attention and they just did it their own way so ended in a bittersweet note, we were just having a great time

Untrained, Unfriendly, Unfortunate Pathetic Employees. Manager(s), Please review your cameras. 02/19/2023 715PM. Walked in with 2 friends. No one in store, No greeting from anyone. 2 female employees finally emerged from the back. I ordered my own as my friends were ordering separately. After employee made my order, she rang up myself and my friends separate orders all together. She didn't even ask ( NO Communication skills ) just charged me for all of these orders even though I ordered separately. Then she didn't know how to void the transaction at all, calling someone on her cell phone over and over to no avail. All the while my ice cream melting on the counter. Where is any management??? Nowhere to be found. The person on the phone should have stayed on the phone until she fixed her locked up register. NO apology, NO empathy, and no FIX to this problem. I left unsatisfied and unhappy. This untrained employee ASSUMED instead of communicating, locked up her register, and was rude and unapologetic and had no solution to this issue. There is an old saying in the food service industry : " Fix the Customer, THEN Fix the problem. " This improperly trained employee had no intention of fixing anything. Never experienced this type of rude behavior at a coldstone before.

If you have a working restroom you should let people use it. I see many times employees come out of a bathroom that says no restroom available. Today I went in to get ice cream and really needed a restroom. Of course the sign no restroom is on and I go on and it works fine. So all the employees talk crap about me according to my husband and then make a horrible ice cream and lock the restroom. Is this legal? I’m
