I get it, it's fast food. I avoid coming here because I have issues every time which is about 1-2 times a month. For starters, they can never hear me through the speaker. So I have to always repeat myself. Second, they always forget something in my order and take forever. They have issues with coupons, gift cards. Today they charged me for the wrong car Then I wasn't given a receipt. I was waiting for them for 10 minutes in drive thru to fix the issue of receiving a refund. There was barely any cheese on the tacos I ordered. They ALWAYS have issues with their point of sale, it always freezes. Then they tell me my coupon won't work, they also tell me I can't pay with Apple Pay cause their system is downs Honestly, I want to thank this del taco for encouraging me to cook dinner more often rather than eating out so I can avoid this place at all costs I'm so tired of dealing with this specific location. I only come here because my kids like their snack tacos. Guess my kids will have to eat mine whether they like it or not.

Service is my biggest complaint here. The speaker absolutely needs to be fixed. Wayyyy too loud. Communication on the staff ranges from minimal to none. The property is very dated and needs a face-lift. They definitely can do alot better.

I do like Del Taco's food, that's for sure. However this particular visit the drive-thru was a very short line but it took a very long time to get 3 cars through. My burrito was a little bit on the cold side, however my French fries ? were tasty and hot. Maybe not to this location again but I certainly will continue to eat at one of my favorite places.... Del Taco

Probably the worse del taco food we've ever had. Beans were strange and tasted old and were were there around 11. Won't be goin to this del taco again.

There medium ice tea went up in price to 3 dollars to much
You know, taking into consideration... Getting $20 an hour you would think there would be a lot more consistency because one of the biggest complaints about people who work at fast food places was they felt unappreciated and cost of living and all the other reasons why they felt that they needed $20 an hour. But along with that in my opinion, you would think that they would be paying a lot more attention to detail when providing consistent service to the customers. If I had a scale from 1 to 10 on how many times I received cold freeze on a fresh order, that percentage would be 8 out of 10 times that my fries were Cold. And then when you ask for something as simple as a half pound burrito the consistency on that was 9 out of 10 that you would get a burrito that weighed less than a pound.

customer service was bad at night shift my second time with a bad experience getting my order wrong. my drink wasnt filled up and they gave soggy fries. guy never wears gloves and has so much jewely. never cooming back again
Yet, AGAIN, these guys did NOT fail me!!! I ordered the Delux Chili Cheese Fries with XTRA jalepenos, and got MORE than I wanted!!! This is exactly what we need for GREAT/FAST food service at an inexpensive price
