Rude as hell. The girl in the drive thru window tonight gave attitude and was only saying one word sentences as in “alright” “okay” “fine” etc with a attitude. The employees a couple months ago were way nicer this past month its been rude faces

Del taco staff is usually quite nice and accommodating, but today I was met with a terrible employee. She said she’s the general manager… Lourdes?she wears glasses, blonde, about 5’8, fuller woman. Anyways I place a pretty big order through the app to save myself some time. I pick it up and they forgot a ton of items. 3 drink, large fries, quesadilla, and a burrito. I come back around and bring up the missing food when “general manager” starts yelling saying she’s not giving me anything for free. I don’t think that was very professional. She refused to return my items. I hate confrontation she finally says I’m going to give it to u for free because you keep coming up here after 20 min and 2 visits. NOTHING SHE GAVE ME WAS FREE I PAID FOR IT! she refused to admit she was in the wrong. She returned some items, but not all. I was over trying to talk to her and came home.

Just went in to grab dinner and the manager who was prepping the food wasn't even wearing gloves 🤮 I told the girl who came to ring me up You GUYS DONT WEAR GLOVES WHEN PREPPING FOOD? she looked back at the manager and said oh I'll tell her right now I said nevermind on the food and walked out

Came and got steak fries,Sunday afternoon,not to busy around 2pm,got my steak fries,fries were old,cheese was not even melted,everything was cold,what a waste of money

Trust me everything was on point as we gotten “2 hard tacos, 1 beef burrito, as we order 2 regular fries but when we looked in the bag there was only 1 fries but I think that was ok everyone make mistakes but it was pretty good. So yeah. For me it was disappointing but everyone make mistakes and they were kinda quick with their time.
We were in a rush and we ordered 3 meals and a Shake. When we got to the drive through they forgot the shake and one of our meals. Afterwards both the tacos fell apart really quickly and were put together poorly. The quesadilla was really poor quality aswell as the fries were very poorly salted. Will not be returning.
