The employees are so rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional! Every time I go thru drive thru they go out of their way to be obnoxious! The older Filipino/ Hispanic woman is deplorable and needs to be fired.She cuts me off in mid sentence, rushes me when I’m getting change, and is in need of an attitude change! The other employees are no better. I’d fire every single one of these people!

Employees are so rude here... I had such a great day and like magic, POOF! They had the ability to deflate my positive mood and energetic atmosphere within mins....Good luck trying to tell the managers that tho! It's apparent that that's what happened to the Pee-wee employees happy ness... obviously their managers had sucked out all life from them....in order to survive themselves....? ?
Anytime we happen to get fast food, which is rare, the Del Taco off of Cherry in Beaumont is our go to! They never disappoint. Food is always fresh, they never forget any of our order and when we ask for a handful of hot sauce they give a us a big handful not just 3 or 4. We love our hot sauce! We our pretty simple and order the Del Tacos, Bold Green Burritos or spicy chicken and classic chicken burritos.

Waited 20 minutes for our food. Then when we received our burritos a lot of the rice wasn’t cooked to where they were rock hard and it actually hurt my tooth and chipped it. When I approached for a refund they made sure to ask me for the drink and the fries back and weren’t apologetic or offer any ways to fix the experience. We have dealt with how slow pace this del taco is in the past and won’t be back.

Idk if it's just my luck or if this place is just disgusting and has no cleanliness when it comes to wearing hair nets or not having on fake nails but everytime I come to this location it's always SOMETHING in my food. This is the only location near me and I've given them soooo many chances. I get the same thing everytime I come and there's no fail to find stuff in my food. The first time was a long curly hair in my food, I didn't even notice it until I was already eating it. It's disappointing cause I pay for it and am starving and then find a hair ? Like are y'all not wearing hairnets? Then this happened just yesterday and there was an eyelash in my food, it felt like a fake eyelash but it was an eyelash. Next thing ima find is a fake nail lol, but I'm done Going there, fair warning in case y'all find some hair in your food cause this ain't the first time and won't be the last .
