Just waited over an hour for a delivery and they cancelled because they couldn't find my house. The manager was extremely rude and hung up on me even I was trying to sort out. The date 3-23-24. Hope they fire the loser manager who even cussed at my wife even we were trying to resolve the issue. And I want to add they've delivered here before and ask if a sudden the can't find it. Pathetic

Food arrived cold and order was wrong. Politely let the manager know and asked if my missing food would be delivered. He said they were short staffed, never apologized, or offered to make it right. Customer service is non existent at this location. The delivery driver showed up with the pizza boxes looking like someone stepped on them. Never apologized for taking almost 1hr from the time he left the store to get to our house with cold pizza and an incomplete order. It's a 15 min drive with traffic to my house. This Domino's should change its name to Craps. :(

Was trying to order delivery via their app, but it was so difficult just trying to find out what's on their specialty pizzas, I just gave up and ordered their competitors whose app was so much easier to use. It's easy if you already know what's on their menu, but if you don't, you're screwed! Lol!

The Calimesa dominos has been the absolute best pizza we've had over the years. There are many other great pizzas around here, but this dominos has always give us great service, fast delivery, and a friendly team. I'm really sad to see that others have had different experiences with them because we've always had a Phenomenal experience with them. Now, it's important to note that we've only eaten in the store one time but it was spacious and clean and everyone was friendly. But over the past few years we've ordered from them around 50 times and never been disappointed. The next time that you have a hankering for some cheesy delicious pizza, order it from the dominos in calimesa. They're Fantastic!

Dominos gets a lot of bad press. Comedians make fun of it and you would think they wouldn't want to take that sitting down. When they slept together a sandwich so that the top half and the bottom half or offset financially half that's pretty bad. Just sloppy work.

I ordered car side. The policy of 2 minutes from store to car was not upheld. It took almost 15 minutes for them to bring to car. I was not given a free pizza coupon or anything. I called the store and they said they couldn't do anything about it.

Pizza and cheesy bread was so overcooked it was awful. Cheese oozed out of cheesy bread and was burnt. We ordered Xtra cheese on pizza and there wasn’t. Just dry pizza. Never again
