My husband, grandkids and I had a delicious lunch. I had the birria quesadilla and my husband had the carne asada fries; so good! The service was exceptional!! Thank you so much Klarissa for setting the atmosphere, your smile set the tone for us. We appreciate your attentiveness and service-we’ll be back.

I was blown away by this place!! The food and portion sizes are amazing and the service was even better! I've never left a review for a restaurant before but I have genuinely never been this happy with a restaurant before. And the beer choices seemed fantastic, would've liked a regular hef instead of a mango but I can't complain too much. Shout out to Annie for the best Mock Mojito I've EVER had!! Should offer flavored ones fr ❤️

My buddy and I come here every Friday for drinks and wings, everything is delicious. But the only reason we keep coming back is because of Danielle. She’s amazing, attentive, and very good at her job. She goes above and beyond, not only for us, but for all the customers around us. She always has a smile on her face, she is bright and bubbly, and everybody loves her. This place would not be the same without Danielle behind the bar. 10/10

When I first moved to Beaumont there wasn’t many places to go and eat. After Firerock opened up in the neighborhood there was finally somewhere to go and have fun. The service at first wasn’t the best but after getting to know Danielle my opinion of the place increased greatly.
Danielle has always been very attentive to everything going on in the building. I honestly don’t know how the place runs without her. Not only is she drop dead gorgeous, breathtakingly so, but she handles her business. She gets everything taken care of. Whatever it is my party and I need she gets it done.
Honestly, the only reason I visit with my friends and people I consider family is because she’s there. I ONLY show up on Friday nights because she’s there.
Danielle you make bartending look like magic. The only thing I look forward to is the ice cold beers and the beautiful woman pouring the drinks.
If you’re looking for a great environment for good food and good drinks make sure to visit ONLY when Danielle is working. You have my word, no regrets.

Had a great experience at Fire Rock recently. Even though the place was packed, Danielle, the bartender, went above and beyond to find me a spot at the bar. Her service was fast, attentive, and consistent, not just with me but with every guest around. You could see how busy it was, yet she handled it all with ease and professionalism. The restaurant itself was fantastic, the food was superb and the atmosphere vibrant, but Danielle’s exceptional service truly stood out. I’ll definitely be back

Food tonight was great. It was our first visit. Ingredients were super fresh. Had the Hawaiian Poke Nachos, a burger w/ Zucchini fries and a Harvest salad. Drinks were perfect. Music and vibe was awesome. Will certainly be returning again soon.

Took about 8 minutes for someone to greet us when we arrived (not busy by any means but about 8 staff members hanging out at the bar) the family behind us even asked “are they even open??” Because apparently NO ONE wanted to play host.
We are finally seated and waited exactly 23 minutes and although a few of the females working came outside to clear a few of the tables off, not one of them ever bothered to come even ask for our drink order.
The ONLY reason we waited THAT long is because our two children were with us and excited about the live music. We weren’t going to wait any longer- so On our way out the staff was just hanging out at the bar by the register.
The restaurant was probably at 40% capacity on an early Saturday evening and now I know why.
Also pretty crazy that as slow as they are right now there are so many tables that hadn’t even been cleaned off.
Looks like the staff is much more concerned with their social time together than the customers.
First visit and last.
One star is generous.

If I could give this a zero I would. We have tried over and over again to keep giving this place chances (especially since it’s local, small business) but every time we go it’s a complete fail. TODAY WAS ICING ON THE CAKE - MY SONS WAFFLES HAS A TIE WIRE IN IT! He choked on it. Our waitress Madylin was so apologetic and helpful (wasn’t her fault this happened)

The time before we went for dinner and the younger girl was our server and we had ordered the s’mores dessert and ran out of gram crackers so we had asked for more - SHE BROUGHT THEM OUT IN HER BARE HANDS - NO NAPKINS OR IT PUT ON A PLATE. Talk about disgusting. I work in the food industry and this is just unacceptable. I did tell her before we left how unsanitary that was and she apologized and said “her hands were clean” I shook my head and said regardless, you’re handling other peoples cards, touching different things, I was appalled. Should have known then.

Also the restaurant is poorly understaffed. And you’re lucky to get a decent server. And it seems like there is only one bartender when they are busy, I can go on and on but will leave it be. I hate being this person to write this. We truly wanted this to be our spot but it’s not even worth the money you pay for the quality of the food now.
