Worth a 5 star rating, but it closes too early. Before they first opened, a lot of our friends in the surrounding area were excited to get a place where we could hang out close by, but it's usually not until 9 that we get a chance, and by then it makes more since to just run to Redlands to hang out, rather than just spend less than an hour here locally. If they stayed open until midnight, it would be a great place to go with other couples/friends.

My family and I just stopped by to have lunch and it was superrr yummy. Anything that you choose to order I know is going to taste amazing . We shared our food and every single meal was delicious. The atmosphere was super fun and welcoming. There was so many things to admire and look around, they even have a little section with arcade games which my children enjoyed while we waited for our food. 10/10 recommend we look forward to coming back, and will be keeping and eye out for when they have a live band. Did I mention they have a set up for bands to come and play, like how fun is that!!

So disappointed in the service at Fire Rock tonight. I came out to enjoy some food with my sister and was told the wait would be 30 minutes. Ended up waiting 45 minutes to find out we were still 4 parties down on the list. And when I look around, there are people just sitting, taking up space at tables not even enjoying food or drink. They were clearly there to enjoy the live music, which is fine, but when the place is busy and you have people waiting way over the designated estimated time, they need to start moving people out. Not to mention communication between staff and customers was extremely poor. All in all not happy with how my evening turned out.

We’ve been to this spot many times especially when they first opened. Tonight, the service was HORRIBLE. We informed the host that we needed a high chair for our toddler. Never received it. Waited after being seated for 15 minutes without a server coming by. Had to go to the bar to flag someone down to get a high chair and waters. Another 10 min or so go by and our server finally comes to take our order. The apps came out fast & tasted great. Took about 25-30 minutes for our burgers to come out and we were already over the wait. We asked to pack them to go. I ordered a whiskey sour & it was HORRIBLE. not sure how you can screw up 2 oz of bourbon, 3/4 oz of both simple syrup & lemon juice.Mind you, most of the people that were in the building had already received their food and were just there enjoying themselves.

Crazy super long wait times, and not to get seated, waiting for attention, drinks, food, etc. all side are very good, the burgers don't come out the way you ask for them, my wife asked for well done and came out red!!! she wouldn't eat it and would let me send it back, I ask for mine medium and came out moooing red, not good, we have tried this location multiple time to see if things got better after being open for a while and no change, don't go!!! Jack in the Box and Del Taco are right across the parking lot, at least there you now what you are getting...

This place was very neat and clean. Parking is a bit testy. If you come on a busy night you might have to park farther than the expected "small" walk. It is in the same parking lot as a grocery store. The wait times usually take longer than expected. The staff are less than ok, they all seemed to have attitude with other customers as I watched them woth different people. Mainly the ones taking orders and clearing tables. They didn't seem like they wanted to be their. So, not the best service/ staff working there. Dont expect too many smiles or too much kindness and a welcoming feeling when you enter here. They seem a bit, lost, if I could choose a word. Lost and grumpy. They have a small variety of "souvenirs". The food was delicious, however, the portions are very small. I've been to, probably, thousands of restaurants and I can honestly say that their food is overpriced compared to the portion size. I'm not saying it wasn't good. It was delicious. I just wouldn't pay for the food again as I could get the same kind of food at Applebee's and much more of it for much less. So if I was craving Fire Rock I wouldn't miss out by going to a place that serves similar food. I wouldn't waste my money as they are not anything out of the ordinary but if I could compare them to anywhere it would be Applebee's. It breaks my heart sometimes to write these types of truths about "snaller" businesses. However, it IS the truth. Like I've said, the food tasted very well, as it was very small portions for an outrageous price. If they dropped their prices and I wasn't holding a largely appetite, I would absolutely come back. As of now, I would just go to Applebee's. Oh, they also have live VERY LOUD MUSIC. It was great music, however, I got sat 2ft from the artist and my table of 9 was shouting from the bottom of our stomachs to hear one another and our ears were ringing by the time our dinner was complete. Like I said, we were 2ft from the artist and 6in from the stage. I was actually so close that I was conversing with the artist on stage and he didn't even need to get up. Thats how I put in a song request. Thankyou for your time if you've read this far. I'm sure it would have sounded different if we weren't sat so close to the stage.
