I don’t EVER review but here I am, review this god awful location, how do I begin, I ordered a DoorDash for the new Munchie Meal that comes with the Jibbi toy, as well as an iced coffee, and MADE SURE! To ask for the dasher to verify the Jibbi is in the bag, I work at a Jack and I know sometimes these limited items can be left out or forgotten so I made sure to ask and they told me it was in the box. Red flag one because usually the toy items or ltos don’t go in the Munchie boxes.
So when It was delivered and checked, lo and behold it was missing, what Also was missing was The tacos, Ranch and Jibbi, as well as straws for my drinks. Furious I called the location but FUNNY FACT, This store has their Phone turned off today. This is Absolutely Abysmal service, this store needs to be checked out because if this is a normal occurrence I’m worried for what else their doing wrong

Foods always great come here all the time but now they all taking breaks at the same time instead of separate break times so there is no one making my food so basically said oh well you’re gonna have to sit and wait for over 15 mins

Today my food was exceptional. The service and quality of my food were above average. I'm rarely disappointed with this Jack in the Box but sometimes they drive it home with excellence.

Havent been to JITB for years. Stopped in for a sourdough jack combo meal (used to be my favorite). Man, has this place changed since my last visit. When did their burgers stop tasting like food? Fries were mediocre at best, but that burger was seriously lacking in anything that resembled taste. I wont do that again. Very disappointing.

Pulled up to drive thru at 11pm, they close at 12am was told to “drive to front and wait while they take their break” … um no. Anyways, went somewhere else, they were having issues with their system so we figured try jack in the box again, STILL on their break. Waited 3 more minutes, just to be greeted with an attitude. Also discontinuing the cherries for the shake is kinda dumb. Also, there was 2 people back there, I’ve covered breaks alone plenty of times alone. It’s not even like it’s busy at 11pm in Calimesa. Jack in the box hires the most weakest links. Lol need a break an hour before closing 😂

I wish I would have gotten the lady's name who helped me. She had a smile from ear to ear. And I noticed how her customer service was excellent.
On the evening of October 20, 2025, we were told when we were at the drive through that they could not take our order because they were taking “their break”. When we asked how long that would be, they said they still had 14 minutes left on “their break”! This happened at the drive through next to Sammy’s Cafe (where Bob’s Big Boy used to be). Never heard of such a thing! Whoever was working there around 9-10 pm that night should be fired! Seriously!!!

Ordered food. Was asked to park and food will be brought out. I am ok with doing that. I will allow time for my food to be thoroughly cooked. No rush. It was awful. The sandwiches were greasy. I waited for nothing, the hashbrowns soggy with grease. Why didn't you just take the time and properly fry the food? Fast food service is just getting worse.
