It took a while to get the food, but they gave me a complimentary cheese cake! Yummy!

Speed of service could be improved
I stopped going for a good while and I went back today and again knowing the reasons why I stopped going over there. Again there’s always something missing from my order and no hot sauce or sauces I asked for.

Ordered online and waited inside for 40 minutes. Jack always makes comments about his competition but needs to get his own application order process down. This location is way understaffed.

Food was ok except for looking like someone had a death grip on my burger while wrapping it. Also this is the third time I've gone through this drive thru in the late evening and being told to pull in front of the restaurant and they'll bring my order out. No one else is in the drive thru and two other cars were in front waiting for their food to be brought out. Must be a contest on ticket times. I'll return some day to this location when the customer is valued more.

This place is a disgrace I remember when jack in the box used to really good now it’s garbage I spent $30.00 to get my food cold nothing hot I don’t know how people are putting 5 stars when this place need some serious help…now I know there gonna be a leave you concerns post when a web link but come now management actually contact a customer and hear the issue and do something about it now send a link and do nothing get it together jack in the box I will be contacting corporate Monday morning with my concerns if you want to fix this start holding your cooks accountable
