Where do I even start. Customer service is atrocious by the man who took my order. Food quality is terrible, refried and tastes old like it’s been sitting under a heat lamp for way to Iong. Do not recommend anyone come to this location.

Asked for a grilled chicken wrap got the crispy wrap. It was wrapped in very stale tortilla surprisingly they could wrap it. Also got Palin tiny tacos when I asked for loadded. Have no idea who is running the joint, but the need to pull their heads out their butts and actually run the place. Yes I checked the to see if my order was correct on screen and it said loaded tiny tacos and grilled spicy chicken wrap. I don't plan on coming back to this one they just keep messing up. So I'll be using gas to go to the Calimesa one where they actually get your order correct. So If you go through the drive threw don't pull out til you check your order and don't give a crap if you hold up the line because their wouldn't be a hold up if you actually make what was actually ordered.

I went at 9:30 at night on 11/26/24, there were two people working there. The man that took my order was very rude on the mic and was short with me when I asked questions. The girl at the window was also very rude and had a very bad attitude. I would ask her for something, and she would ignore me. This is not the kind of attitudes that should be at these kind of working environments. On top of this, they did not get my order right at all. There were things missing. I would not recommend anyone go to this location, and just take a little further trip to the next jack in the box down the freeway.

After ordering my food and getting a drink cup, I had mentioned that they had no ice in the dining area. After they gave me ice from the drive-through machine I then noticed they had no carbonation and had them pour my drink. . As I sat here eating my food I watched them hand numerous people cups without giving any attention to the soda machine or mentioning that their machine was not working. They need to at least put a note saying out of service and stop handing out cups or fix the problem immediately. Tell me how you are addressing the issue and I can amend my poor rating and maybe eat here again.

Solid 3-4 stars, this location has some lovely staff that does their best when they’re swamped. Fast food rarely is ever good service but they are on the right track to making customers happier.

Pick up a chicken sandwich & original ice coffee at 345am before work, it was a bad idea with 2 cars in front of me & 30min waiting, ridiculous waiting time, good thing their was no car behind me, i reverse back on the drive thru & leave.

Dining in isn't that bad surprisingly at this Cherry Valley location, they have a refill station and get the order right. But zero stars for the app experience which is misleading at best, and doubly expensive for what you don't get. Do not order delivery, unless there is a third party company who can help if they mess things up. Missing condiments and sauces as well as basic napkins and utensils. Nothing. And very strangely the cherry was missing on a shake. The imprint was there but no cherry. There's no way to resolve delivery issues. We paid for a bunch of stuff we didn't get, for high delivery and service fee. Certainly not worth it. There's no accountability nor resolution. Even gave an extra tip to the driver for poor service. This Jack in the Crack does not make sure they are picking up everything ordered and paid for, and if its a case of theft the customer has no one to contact. Cold food and poor quality all around. The 'app' has technical issues and if we ever use it again it will be for picking food up in person, never delivery again. in fact they're lucky anybody goes there at all. Incredibly inedible garbage and disappointment. Even if you like Jack there's better locations.

Fast food has really gone down hill! Ordered from this restaurant last night on DoorDash and now I have food poisoning! I ordered the bacon and Swiss buttery Jack and the cheese was just sat on top and barely melted, the patty was so hard and dried out, and the bun was hard as a rock. Contacted DoorDash and they only wanted to refund me $5 on $30 order that they upcharged on when all I ordered was a burger and a drink then changed it to $8 when I wanted to speak to someone higher then was quick to end the chat. I went through this drive thru the other night and all I ordered was one of their Caramel Creamaccinos and waited in a line for almost an hour then to get out of the drive thru to get a churro shake then had to loop around again and wait another 30 mins to get to the window cause the lobby was closed and when I got to the window the guy handed me my drink and it was all melted down and when I asked him if that was the caramel one his response was “ honestly, I don’t know and said I could try it before I left the drive thru” HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW WHAT YOUR SERVING CUSTOMERS IF THERES ONLY 2 OF YOU!!!??? Very very disappointed with this restaurant!
