Solid 3-4 stars, this location has some lovely staff that does their best when they’re swamped. Fast food rarely is ever good service but they are on the right track to making customers happier.

I ordered chicken teriyaki bowl combo thru the appsBut for some reason it doesn't have the option to get egg rolls as the sideIt was supposed to come with eggroll.It doesn't have eggroll on the menu for this location.I don't know why.But if choose another location it does have an option of eggroll for the side.I emailed to customer service 2x but never get reply at all.The service on drive thru is also slow.I have 2 cars in front of me but it takes 20 mins for me...

This Jack's is by far one of the prettiest and cleanest Jack's that I had even been inside of [Love the Decore on the inside!!] The food was more than on point and the service was friendly and fast. Thanks again and keep up the great work!!
