Tables were dirty and the lobby smells. Had to order at the kiosk and didn't get a receipt. This location is definitely affected by the increase in wages by having less staff on hand.
I haven't been to this McD in years. Same as usual, good service, nice people and NO SHAKES! This has been going on for 10 years. 10 years ago my family new HS workers here and they said they would tell customers that they ice cream machine was broken because it would slow down the line. Now they have a sign up saying that! Ugh. Last time I'll go to my local McD.
Overall a good experience. I would say 4.8 for the drive-thru. I'm not sure why when there was no one in the dining room and only 1 car ahead of us it took way longer than when they had several cars and a dining room full of guests but they were at least nice.
The food was as expected and tasted good. Unfortunately, prices have gone up which that's pretty much everywhere.
