Not disappointed reminded me of back when I was a kid and my dad would pick up pizza / Chicken and a Movie on a Friday night đ„ little hiccup with the delivery, Maybe drivers should be advised to check the address on the receipt upon arrival. Food had fairly good flavor. Good bread and calzone, but dinners tasted like Stouffers at best. Previously, we ordered pizza for delivery and was quite good, but had never visited the restaurant in-person before todayâŠwhew! What a dirty dive. Filthy walls and doors and floors and glass. Interior of restaurant in terrible condition, and unappealing exterior. So dirty that I couldnât imagine eating the food in future. I can only picture what the kitchen looks like. Certainly, you can reinvest in your customers, NY Pizzeria, by giving them a cleaner environment in which to dine.

You literally have to pay extra just to pick up your own order. Let that sink in. Customer service? Absolute trash. The food that used to be amazing is now overpriced and mediocre at best. Theyâve managed to kill the only two things that made them worth going toâquality and value. Donât waste your money here unless you enjoy being ripped off with a side of attitude.

Orderd a pepperoni pizza with a lasagna and breadsticks, came about to 32 bucks. Staff was super friendly too. Place is really clean but its pretty old style, color and mood of the place is like a haunted house from the 90's.
1. Pizza was fluffy and balanced well with a nice cheese to sauce ratio (as seen in picture)
2. Lasagna was ok but honestly bigger portions than other places.
3. Garlic bread wasn't too oily but dry enough to eat and was pretty tasty.
Would come again just for the pizza.

This review is for the customer service I received tonight. My husband ordered a small pizza and a salad. I get there to pick it upâŠ.the dinning room had ONE person sitting in it waiting for her order. I walk up to the counter and the girl is chopping lettuce for an order. Not once did she greet me or ask me if I can give her just a minute not even a smile nothing. Nothing from the guy behind her either who also saw me there. Nothing from the person to the left either. As I waited for some kind of communication to occur the girl finally walks up to the counter with an order and calls a name and asks if it will be cash or card and still doesnât make an expression or even say, âIâll be with you in just a momentâ. So I left. My husband called and talked to the manager to cancel our order, we received a very brushed off apology stating theyâre overwhelmed (with no one in the dinning room) and he (the manager) will have a talk with the employee. So we cancelled our order and now Iâm heading to Tuscanos and will hopefully get better service.

Quiet with a pleasant aroma reminded me of pizzerias back home and the pizza was better than I expected the counter person was very pleasant i will return at some time in the future thereâs plenty of space to get around which is imortant since I have to get around using a wheelchair well done ny pizza
I ordered through DoorDash. It took them 1 hour and 45 minutes to get. The manicotti was bleh and two tiny pieces. The italian antipasta salad was horrible. Some lettuce with spaghetti noodles dumped on top, with some tomatoes. The tiramasu was still frozen. The only thing decent was the garlic bread. I paid way to much for this crap. I won't be coming here or ordering from this place ever again!

The staff is very attentive. Mrs. Laura is very friendly and helpful. The pizzas ? simply exquisite. We tried all kinds and they were all surprising!!!! I highly recommend this place, it is very cozy. And the prices are very reasonable too.
