Why would they list this as chow mein on the menu when it’s only 10% noodles? Why do they keep you at the menu with your window down until the car in front of you has their food?

Waited 15 minutes at drive thru speaker just to even be acknowledged to place order. Then waited another 15 min to even get up to the window, only for them to charge me for the wrong order. Then took 3 of them a while to figure out how to fix the order. Horrible customer service. Manager claimed it was because they were busy, yet not one person was even in the restaurant lobby area and only two people were ahead of me in drive thru with no one behind me. Manager was out washing windows, but yet they were so busy. Why wasnt he inside helping if they were so busy....

They have eggplant tofu here! Just ask for it and make sure to ask for a good size portion because they make it to order. So happy to have a nearby location that offers this vegetarian and delicious option

How does Panda Express not have a pick up order ready when I get there? All the food is made, all they have to do is package it up. Yet, when I show up to pick up my to-go order, at the time I was told it would be ready, my meal is no where to be found. I then have to wait for them to serve the line of guest that just showed up before they package up my order. I probably will not be ordering from this location again.
I tried calling but the phone was cutting out, I just wanted to compliment how sweet, and friendly the drive through gal was. I failed to get her name UGH. But 10/10 for her!

The Beijing Beef and Honey Walnut Shrimp were excellent. Very clean establishment, generous portions, friendly workers. We went early in the day. It was us and one other person so we didn't experience any long waits or anything like that. Thank you!
