I went to this starbucks with my friends and asked at the menu speaker if I could make 2 separate orders to which they said yes, and just let me know to tell the person at the window I had 2 orders. I ordered and got to the window and was asked what drinks I ordered and I started to say I had 2 orders (because the original person told me twice to do so) and was cut off by the worker who rudely said “No I asked what you ordered” and I told her and when bringing my 2 drinks out she then scolded me saying “If you want to be using tons of different phones you should be going inside to make an order instead of the drive through because it messes up our drive through timer”. My drink was made with no caramel and I asked and was charged for extra caramel and the worker was extremely rude, if you guys don’t want separate orders to be made in the drive through then say no when I order it instead of having your employees scold paying customers
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ella made me a wonderful caramel machiado that made my day! Diana was the manager that afternoon, 3/25/25 and the store was clean and friendly. The staff was cheerful and helpful. Every time I go to this Starbucks I remember why it's my favorite!
Coffee os burnt. But the barista likes to put in a little to much cream ....
Consistency getting orders wrong. Very friendly however never full drinks and always getting drinks wrong.

Disappointed in the service today. There was no one else inside when I went to get a drink and I stood at the counter waiting to be served for approx 5 min before they took my order. Had it been busy I would have completely understood but that was not the case.

Worst Starbucks I’ve EVER been too
Took almost 45 min to get a croissant and didn’t even make it until I asked about it
They have multiple drinks sitting out melting or getting cold
Staff does nothing to make it better and completely rude when we told them that we’re in here long just for a damn croissant

Not a bad place. The drive-through is a bit frustrating… they have a hard time getting your order right. It has happened too many times for me to count 😅

Ordered drinks online. They were ready in a timely manner but my daughter's had a hair in drink. After taking a sip she went to stir it and behold a huge black hair was visibly swirling. We were on vacation and this was a stop en route to an event. We were on the fwy tried to call got no answer. Had to contact service but did it via chat so we could attach the Pic with proof. Not a great impression or experience

Curiously, the most expensive Starbucks I've ever been to(4 drinks). I ordered the same thing I do at other Starbucks, so nothing different. I chose not to say anything because I had a guest with me, I just won't be back to this location. We had actually drove out to Calimesa to go to Down Right Brewed. We just didn't know they changed their hours and now close earlier than they used to.
Clean location coffee not as good as other starbucks, could have been an off day.
