I've been going here for many years now, whether that's me doing school work or me doing work before I go out into the field. I've always had a pleasant time here, and depending on the time of day you go, it can get extremely crowded with people working and chatting.
The staff here is phenomenal. Drinks normally come out fairly quickly, but of course, understandably, sometimes it gets busy and it might take a while to get your order, which is perfectly understandable.
I plan to keep coming here to complete my work in the mornings and evenings, with the occasional lunch.

Service is usually very good here. Barista kayla was very rude to me. she did not greet me or make eye contact when taking my order. she looked annoyed the whole time and made me uncomfortable. my drink was very good but the service was bad this time.

i go here a lot and usually it’s a good experience. today i waited 25 min and my drink wasn’t made correctly. i’m not picky but 25 min for an $8 drink for it to be melted and not made correctly…
20 minutes to get a regular coffee...all because the car in front of me was inconsiderate I saw over 8 drinks and food coming out the window... Go inside at that point it was her and I in front of the line by the time I left cars were wrapped around the building.

Nat was amazing today…. On Mother’s Day of all days…. An easy day to be so wonderful on, however, she was more than wonderful. Nat was helpful, patient and kind. A keeper for sure. Way to strive for the greater excellence Ma’am! & thank you to this specific Starbucks location for always delivering more than above standard service. You all are beyond a blessing!
