Service is usually very good here. Barista kayla was very rude to me. she did not greet me or make eye contact when taking my order. she looked annoyed the whole time and made me uncomfortable. my drink was very good but the service was bad this time.

i go here a lot and usually it’s a good experience. today i waited 25 min and my drink wasn’t made correctly. i’m not picky but 25 min for an $8 drink for it to be melted and not made correctly…

20 minutes to get a regular coffee...all because the car in front of me was inconsiderate I saw over 8 drinks and food coming out the window... Go inside at that point it was her and I in front of the line by the time I left cars were wrapped around the building.

Nice people. But with all due respect…..Could be the slowest Starbucks in all of America. Terrible.
Nat was amazing today…. On Mother’s Day of all days…. An easy day to be so wonderful on, however, she was more than wonderful. Nat was helpful, patient and kind. A keeper for sure. Way to strive for the greater excellence Ma’am! & thank you to this specific Starbucks location for always delivering more than above standard service. You all are beyond a blessing!

My family and I bought a couple drinks and I ordered cherry chairs venti no ice because I just came from dentist and my tooth is sensitive to cold and the guy give me almost half of the full only because he said if he did put ice it will be full. He sound so sarcastic and too full of himself. I love atarbucks but definitely won't buy it from there again.

Be prepared to spend 30 minutes waiting for a drink.
This place is absolutely horrible. I live in the Fairway canyons and I have only placed 2 Starbucks orders here in my entire history and I purchased Starbucks every day literally.
They never have your order ready on time. The staff here is so slow to prepare drinks. I think corporate really needs to look into this location, considering the amount of complaints for the exact same thing.
