Nat was amazing today…. On Mother’s Day of all days…. An easy day to be so wonderful on, however, she was more than wonderful. Nat was helpful, patient and kind. A keeper for sure. My family and I bought a couple drinks and I ordered cherry chairs venti no ice because I just came from dentist and my tooth is sensitive to cold and the guy give me almost half of the full only because he said if he did put ice it will be full. He sound so sarcastic and too full of himself. I love atarbucks but definitely won't buy it from there again.

This place is absolutely horrible. I live in the Fairway canyons and I have only placed 2 Starbucks orders here in my entire history and I purchased Starbucks every day literally.
They never have your order ready on time. The staff here is so slow to prepare drinks. I think corporate really needs to look into this location, considering the amount of complaints for the exact same thing.
I went through the drive -thru the speaker was so loud. I ordered a cup of coffee she never asked if I wanted cream or sugar. Then the girl giving me my coffee didn't either. I got my cream and sugar drove away with no stick for stiring. I felt very rushed. Seems to me it's more about quantity than it is quality service!

Lady tried to say she put vanilla syrup in my drink when she most definitely did not. I didn't think much of it and just asked for her to add some. She then tried to say she already did. I've ordered the same drink for years and years lol. I should have asked her manager to try it. She was obviously lying. Anyway she finally put some in but not without choosing a weird hill to pass on. Lol
