I have had many problems since this starbucks has opened. They changed general managers and it seem to be better for the year for about a year. On April 9 2024 I was told the new light blue starbucks Stanley would be there in the morning. I got there at 3:30 am sat outside tell it opened. Which I go to this statbucks everyday they all know me there I waited a hour to get the cup. Before the store was open I saw the employee move the cup behind the counter. They opened I walked in there were only two cups available to buy. they are employees there in front of me in the morning when I got there so they got the 2 cups . So when I walked in, I said you have no more cups available they said no we only had two came to the store I said I was sitting outside and saw you move two cups behind the counter. They said we didn't do that. I said you don't have to lie to me about it and you could've let me know so I could've gone to a different store instead of sitting out here for an hour . The one employee got really rude with me and said Natalie you're gonna have a fit over a cup I took it now what!!! I said you could've let me know if it sitting out there and lying to me that OK I come here every day Furthermore, I bought Christmas present there this year . I said OK I'll be calling the manager. She said go ahead. We don't care so I called the manager told her what happened yesterday I went to get my coffee as I normally do and the general manager said I was kicked out of the store. So I get treated unfairly by an employee yelled at and get kicked out of the store. That's unbelievable. I've spent thousand dollars at Starbucks every day sence it opened. The general manager told me corporate kicked me out, but I called corporate yesterday and they said they have nothing showing me kicked out of the store. they also said there was a person in the drive-through that made a complaint that heard me swearing number one I've had laryngitis for three months and I was by the cooler and they were at the drive-through they could've never heard me and I never swore so I've had a lot of problems this is not fair at all.

Waited for 20 minutes for my order before I finally had to ask for a refund because I couldn’t wait any longer. When I went to ask for a refund the employee took someone ahead of me because she was regular. By far one of the slowest Starbucks I’ve been to.

Service is terrible. Line wrapped around the building and every time I come they have to check if they have what I want... including drinks. They do this to every person who orders in the drive thru no matter what day it is. I ordered a pumpkin muffin before and then changed my mind and wanted a brownie and they lady said we already made the muffin and I asked if it was possible to get the brownie instead and then they lied to me and said they didn't have brownies then I called manager a couple hours later to see if they any brownies and she said they had quite a bit.

We pay for Xtra Carmel in the cup every time and this is the only Starbucks that puts absolutely next to nothing of Carmel in our drink.Not talking once but every visit.We pay extra no problem,why is it so hard .They are so close but we are not going to that Starbucks..When asked to add extra Carmel in the cup it's very simple to do we have to go back and now we just gave up.STARBUCKS is not cheap so your drink should be good.Mistakes happen but not 20 plusTimes and every time..I will give Starbucks inside Albertsons in Banning 5 stars and above.Their drinks always amazing and on point
