The Haus Bistro provided a great lunch stop to meet up with a friend.
I had the Steak Sandwich which features tri-tip with gorgonzola cheese, unconventional, but oh so scrumptious and quite the pairing. Hats off to the creator of this sandwich.
The Steak Sandwich was ordered with Haus-made chips which were outstanding and a perfect accompanyment to the rich sandwich.
Our server was Georgie, and she did a fantastic job welcoming us for our first visit and providing an orientation to the food and draft beer menu, and of course table service too.

Anna was such a nice and friendly waitress. Her smile and demeanor was that of a person that has been doing this for a long time And she was professional. It’s not often that you meet someone of her experience at a local pub. But she made our experience at the pub very nice. We hope to see her again soon. Come for the food and stay for the atmosphere

I'm new to Google reviews (I post regularly somewhere else), so this was from a couple of months ago. What a great experience! We drove 50 miles to try out this spot after someone shared a review with me. It was well worth our time and drive.
The friendly staff seated us rapidly. Our amazing server Samantha had our beverages out quickly. Her suggestions from the menu were spot on!
By the way, the menu was perfect! Just the right amount of variety without being overwhelming.
My wife slumped down and melted from how good the chicken marsala was. She said she would come back again just for her dish. Every part was perfect.
I have had steak sandwiches all over Southern California, and this was right there at the top of my list. It was so good, and at almost a foot long it was great value. Now, those chips were amazing as well. Great job, guys.
It's a nice spot that is laid out well. Table size is great, and lighting is perfect. Parking is a bit of an issue on a Friday evening, so be patient.
But, Samantha was the star of the evening. She was fantastic, from her suggestions to her service! Thank you!

when we went into this restaurant, one of the waitresses told us there would be a 20 minute wait, Why ? 1/2 the tables we empty, we waited, after we ordered it took a 1 1/2 hours wait to get served, the fish was mushy & tasted have raw inside, it was terrible, I asked for some vinegar to hide some of the bad taste, guess what ? they didn't have any, when we told our waitress of these problems, she said sorry & walked away, we won't be back & we won't be giving any good recommendations.

This was one of the worst dinner experiences I've every had, first we were told there would be a 20 minute wait & there was a lot of empty tables, Why ? then after we ordered our dinner there was a 1 1/2 hour wait to get served, then the fish & chips were probably the worst I've ever had, the fish was mushy it had so much breading on it & inside the fish it tasted half cooked, when I ask for some vinegar to hide some of the taste, Guess what ? they didn't have any, when we complained to the waitress about the above problems, she said I'm sorry & walked away, this will be our last visit to this restaurant & we'll give it no good recommendations.

We were traveling in the area and looking for a Google dinner recommendation and found The Haus Bistro. The reviews did not disappoint. The Haus Schnitzel, Flatiron Steak and Apple Strudel were fantastic! Locally sourced ingredients and superb cooking made our meal memorable. We will be back soon. Note the strudel is huge 😋

What a fantastic dining experience we had, walking in here with not much expectations. It was a full house with quaint and chill atmosphere. Very kind and attentive service, delicious food w TLC. I had the Haus burger which was charbroiled and very tasty. Jagerschnitzel with spatzle was authentic and delightful!

The food was amazing, we came here before we headed over to the lavender festival. The food is so fresh and everything mixes together so well. I will say they do need to hire more servers they were understaffed. It was also kinda hot in there.
