I love wanna grill but was very disappointed tonight. I got the wabba bowl with chicken and beef. My chicken was very overcooked and dry, and so was the beef. The cashier only gave us three packets of wabba sauce and I didn’t realize they charge for hot sauce or the other sauces. I am not sure I will go back to this location just because of how over cooked the food was.

The employees tonight at Waba Grill were friendly and professional. I arrived 15 from closing due to my odd hours in retail had to grab a healthy dinner. I was grateful for their customer service and patience. The food was delicious and well handled.

The Waba Grill location here in Calimesa, CA, is top notch! This is my go-to location when it comes to purchasing my meals. The staff here are incredibly professional and helpful to all of their customers. Shout out to Jonathan N. for the continuing hospitality! I highly recommend coming here to get any delicious meal! I often stop here after the gym. Every time I’ve been here the service and food have been 10/10. Today 09/12/2023 Jorge took my order and was very fast and effective. I received my food in less than 5 minutes.

Waba is one of my favorite quick places to eat, especially as a commuter. This location was so clean, Fast, and the food was very yummy. Lucero was so friendly and helpful and made the best food I have had at a Waba Grill.

Good day I came in to Waba Grill located at 1032 Cherry Valley BlvdUnit 310Calimesa, CA 92320United States on Saturday September 10, 2023 in the afternoon at 4:28 pm to use the restroom. As I was in my way out ( by 4:30 pm) the District Manager named (IMELDA DUARTE ) had the audacity to tell meOnly customers are allowed to use the restroom. I told her “ how so? By law anyone can use the restroom without having to buy food from said Fast food joint restaurant. This is by the way a Hispanic curly haired woman in her middle age repeating such nonsense.She proceeded to tell me “ That by me using the restroom, customers have to wait before I finish and that I was taking too long.Mind you the restaurant was as empty and dry as a desert. Which is no surprise when such an abhorrent person is managing it.This woman is very blatantly a racist and targeted me because of my skin color and my race as a proud African woman. I have never ever been treated as such in my life. A mere prohibition of restroom to a human being is not only cruel , and discriminatory but disrespectful and disgusting. Her mannerisms showcased that of an uncouth and mannerless manager.I would love for her to give a report of every human being who has used the Waba Grill restroom since she is now a security guard for bathrooms. Such an absolute embarrassment of a person.

Literally only two people in the store (me and another customer).I literally said lm allergic to waba sauce / teriyaki sauce and yall still put it on my bowl… this the second time yall done did this.Oh and i forgot to mention i walked two miles there and back to find this out when I got home.
Only one girl running the entire place? Owner be embarrassed! I wouldn't even open if not properly staffed.

I eat at Waba at least three times a week. Unfortunately it's a different experience at each franchise location. I thought since this was a new location the experience would be good. There was one employee manning the entire restaurant. Shame on these owners for allowing thjs to happen. They should take really good care of this employee for handling their business when they should be here helping.

Ordered food at 4:00. Said it would be ready at 4:30. My daughter went at 4:54 to pick it up and it hasn't even been started. They said their printer was broke. So, don't take online orders.

The food is great and has been a staple in my healthy diet. I am on a very restricted diet for medical issues and can't eat very much, so white rice and veggies with no sauce or protein has been life saving for me. I go here every other day and I always hope my favorite worker, Celeste. She's kind and considerate of the customers' concerns and orders. She has now memorized my order at this point in time. She fills the bowls nicely and makes sure things are done quickly and efficiently. The manager is also very kind and makes sure her customers are well taken care of and everything meets their needs. The place is pretty clean and well organized. The floors are clean, the tables and chairs are clean as well as any counters. I've only had a few issues with the night shift crew and that could use some improvement, but even then if you go down and talk to them they will usually fix it for you. Overall, a great place. I love it.
