I order wings on Super Bowl Sunday this year and knew it would be busy. I made an online order and gave it an extra 45 minutes before going to get it. When I went in there was about 30 people waiting inside. I waited in line and went to the pickup window and let them know I was picking up. I was told my order still wasn't ready and it would be about another hour. Ok. Fine. I was able to sit and watch the game. After waiting another hour and fifteen minutes I get back in line and let them know I'm picking up. I'm told they don't see my ticket. I'm wearing a bright orange hoodie and ask that she doesn't remember me? She said she does but they don't see my tickets. It's an online order so I have the email. They search and find my ticket somewhere and tell me 1 more hour! Never mind, can I have a refund? I'm told to go to the register. I wait in line. I'm told since it's an online order I have to contact them through the website. I've sent three notices through their website and called twice. Still no refund and it's been about 6 weeks! So I never got my food and Wingstop is not refunding my $51, they just robbed me. I will not be back, cannot tell anyone strongly enough to stay away and will be pressing the issue further with the BBB. Stay away from these crooks.

They messed up on our mobile order nd made us wait one hour on it and didn’t even say sorry. We even ordered an extra sauce there inside and they didn’t even give it to us like bffr. AND they messed up on my boneless wings they made it garlic parm instead of louisiana rub. the worst part was the fact they didn’t even apologize.

Just wanted to shout out the Hispanic gentleman with the red letter V tattooed on his face. Greeted me as I came in and was super apologetic about my order being a little bit late. Went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed for our dinner. Even though the place was behind on their orders and swamped, he never broke character. Definitely will be back. Thanks to his customer service.

Can I be a great place to stop and get some wings if you can get some service the lady asked me. Is this a calling or an order I said I'd like to order something and she walks away 2 minutes later still not back I think you're extremely rude..... Found out the girl was getting off work that's why she was so rude.... Can I go back in the order of the guys was really nice.... But the problem is is they don't have change for 100 ... As busy as they are they need to have either new management or something lousy service... Oh by the way they lost for sale because I end up spending nothing because they didn't have change it's a shame anymore...
