Sunny was awesome! She was super personable, funny, and had GREAT customer service. She was running the TOGO's side and the Baskin Robbins side and training at the same time. (She may have needed more help since it was busy but she did amazing). She made our sandwich awesome and she is someone they needed at this location. We also went there last week, and another lady (can't remember her name) was working and was very pleasant and also made our sandwich very well! Liked her too! Glad to see they are hiring better people. In the past, I did not want to come to this location because they had very young people working that did not seem to care if you were there, closed early and irritated me to never want to come in, but I am happy I gave it another shot.

We just had delicious sandwiches from Togos and also ordered a Banana Royale. We did not get almonds or hot fudge in our Banana Royale. Someone fudged up.

We ordered bananas splits, the server never indicated they had none of the ingredients and the only sauces offered were chocolate fudge, marshmallow and caramel. I said well we wanted a traditional banana split. The order was prepared so slow that the ice cream, and the whipped cream topping was melted when it was served. We asked to speak to the manager, her reply was pretty much so sad too bad.

Issues with printer for birthday cake and had to be made at a different location. Received a call the morning of that the cake would be ready at the original location (cameron park) at 1:30. Ended up being 30 minutes late and no birthday message when I requested it on the website. Manager was short and offered no apology.

Do not go there!!! We went and 2/3rds of the ice cream was out of stock, creating big, empty spaces. I asked the employee if they were going out of business and he didn’t really reply. The floors were filthy. The tables were dirty. The showcases were dirty and the counters were along with dirty disheveled employees. It was a mess. The was NO PRIDE of OWNERSHIP.

Went to get a Togo sandwich at the Baskin-Robbins/Togo at Cameron park and the clerk did not at knowledge me I stood there for 15 min because she was more concerned about making pickup orders instead of helping the customer in from of her. This customer service is lacking in the view of the word service
I ordered their “official NHL team logo cake” for my birthday. They called and said they couldn’t make it and I could get a refund or pick it up 2 days after the birthday party, because they would have to get it from a different store, which doesn’t help me at all. Don’t tell people you can make the cake, give them a pickup time 2 hours before the party then the day before, call and say you cannot make the cake. I called the employee back and she said “my manager isn’t here, but I can do a refund or just write go sharks on it.”
This is a $44 cake, that is supposed to have the team logo on it. Now it’s a $44 cake that doesn’t have anything but writing on it, and I can’t get it until 2 days after the birthday party. Very unprofessional and rude. I have gotten every birthday cake there since I was a child, but I will not return now that they have were so rude and didn’t let me know until the day before so now I can’t get a cake anywhere else. If you want a happy birthday or a good cake, stay far, far away from this store.

I ordered a custom ice cream cake on Tuesday, drove 45 miles and spent $25 on dry ice to transport the cake home, was told by the "manager" that the cake wasnt even made. I got no call letting me know that it wasn't ready. They didn't give a crap about the cake not being made. I will never come here again. I will be calling corporate about this.
