Issues with printer for birthday cake and had to be made at a different location. Received a call the morning of that the cake would be ready at the original location (cameron park) at 1:30. Ended up being 30 minutes late and no birthday message when I requested it on the website. Manager was short and offered no apology.

This Baskin Robbins location is in combination with Togos. Usually address the Baskin Robbin's line pretty quickly. Service is good. However I wasn't too happy with the Spider-Man ice cream cake I ordered for my son's birthday. The color was more orange than red and the cake was a little lopsided and when we cut it, it fell over. The frosting stained my fingers for about a day even after washing.

This is the last thing I wanted to do is write a horrible yelp review on my son's fourth birthday, but it's much-needed!!! I called Baskin Robbins on Coach Lane in Cameron in Park on Monday to custom order a birthday cake for my son. I came in Friday to pick up my cake. They said there was no cake made for that name. I asked well what do I do now? and the girl responded "um I don't know" I asked if I bought a cake that was already premade if they can discount me because I ordered a custom cake over the phone and that's not what I ordered. So the other girl working called her manager and proceeded to tell me she can only mark three dollars off the cake. So a $45 cake is now $42 wow that's makes it right!! I am so sorry but if I order a custom cake over the phone, you think a business would follow through and make it. I understand mistakes happen but the customer service I experienced at this location was terrible. I walked out with no cake for my son's birthday. I would think twice on ordering or buying a cake from this location. I know I won't be back. Very disappointing

Came in and was helped by a wonderful young lady named Laura, she was very patient with me and my indecisiveness. Great customer service and made me feel welcome. Ice cream was great also 10/10 definitely recommend.

Do not go there!!! We went and 2/3rds of the ice cream was out of stock, creating big, empty spaces. I asked the employee if they were going out of business and he didn’t really reply. The floors were filthy. The tables were dirty. The showcases were dirty and the counters were along with dirty disheveled employees. It was a mess. The was NO PRIDE of OWNERSHIP.

Will someone please contact this franchise owner? The condition of this business is unacceptable. Dirty floors, glass...any surface meant for standing, sitting, or looking at is completely filthy. We took our cups home because the trash receptacles are overflowing and we didn't want to litter by adding to the trash on the floor. If this franchise owner cares this little about his patrons, employees and storefront he needs to be turned in to the corporate of which he's profiting #togos #baskinrobins #youhaveaprobkemincameronpark.

Went last night and it was absolutely disgusting. Trash was flowing out of the garbage can, floor looked like it had not been mopped in weeks, table tops had not been wiped down, the the freezers they keep the ice cream in were dirty. The young man who helped us had stuff all over his gloves that then transferred onto our ice cream cups. Will not be going back, county health needs to pay them a visit!

I ordered their “official NHL team logo cake” for my birthday. They called and said they couldn’t make it and I could get a refund or pick it up 2 days after the birthday party, because they would have to get it from a different store, which doesn’t help me at all. Don’t tell people you can make the cake, give them a pickup time 2 hours before the party then the day before, call and say you cannot make the cake. I called the employee back and she said “my manager isn’t here, but I can do a refund or just write go sharks on it.”
This is a $44 cake, that is supposed to have the team logo on it. Now it’s a $44 cake that doesn’t have anything but writing on it, and I can’t get it until 2 days after the birthday party. Very unprofessional and rude. I have gotten every birthday cake there since I was a child, but I will not return now that they have were so rude and didn’t let me know until the day before so now I can’t get a cake anywhere else. If you want a happy birthday or a good cake, stay far, far away from this store.

I ordered a custom ice cream cake on Tuesday, drove 45 miles and spent $25 on dry ice to transport the cake home, was told by the "manager" that the cake wasnt even made. I got no call letting me know that it wasn't ready. They didn't give a crap about the cake not being made. I will never come here again. I will be calling corporate about this.

If I could give the customer service and timing I would give it 100% a thumbs DOWN! So I come in for a nice ice cream cone, and a young blond lady is making a man's sandwich. Please note that it was ONLY ONE SANDWICH WHICH WAS A COLD SANDWICH!!! So, I waited about 20 minutes to be helped. While waiting their was another worker. Who was a man in his 30s hunched over, and didn't even acknowledge that I was by the counter. Which I believe is very rude. And the young blond girl didn't even say anything to him. From their the guy was sitting at the tables still waiting. I asked her how much longer she may be, and she ignored me. This is absolutely terrible!!
