This was the cleanest, fastest Carls Jr I’ve used in years. I’ve been in a few that were rough lately. Lots of parking in the back too, truck/trailer friendly.

Jane Taylor, young blonde girl who took my order was sweet, smiled, didn’t seem put out. Brought my food to me and added ketchup without me having to ask. Very considerate, not something I’m used to with today’s youth. Everyone there always seems to be nice and happy. Don’t usually put up reviews but also I don’t normally get great service from a fast food joint, but I always seem to here. Nothing wrong with the food, there is just no such thing as 5 star fast food for taste.

This place used to be busy! Now there’s hardly any customers. Lots of empty tables. The customer service here is not the best. Food is good though. The fountain drink stations are locked. Only one drink station is available to use.

Asked for a classic no cheese extra pickle, received a burger with extra cheese no sauce and no pickle. Just get the burger how it comes they can’t make it how you ask for it
It was nice visiting a fast food store that was clean and well kept. Those are far and few between these days. Staff was very friendly.

Let me start off by saying I always treat fast food workers or anybody with respect, my Cashier was “Manny” & she was a Spanish descent woman. To begin with she was hella rude and not welcoming at all. So, some Carl’s Jr are collabed with the taco place, I forget what they’re called. But I asked if they had tacos because I didn’t see them, and She gave me a rude “No, We don’t sell tacos”. So I asked for a meal with the 5 piece chicken tenders and a shake.. it came out to almost $20 which is ridiculous..and I’m not paying that for 5 little pieces of chicken and a shake and fries. So I asked her, if it would be cheaper if I take the fries off, and she looks at me like she’s irritated and just shakes her head and says I don’t know. Reluctantly, she ends up taking the fries off and it was a few dollars cheaper..so I paid and got my food. Right after me was a Mexican customer that spoke Spanish, that she just so happened to be hella friendly too while I was watching, waiting for my food at the table. I never usually leave reviews, but the disrespect & how rude she was to me is not how people want to be welcomed when they come and get their food, let alone have that same person making their food. One thing I can say is the restaurant was very clean, but that’s the only damn positive thing I have to say about this place. It’s obsurd how people can immigrate from another country, to come out to America, and treat Americans like they despise them. Especially when We show them so much respect as I did. Manny needs an attitude adjustment, or needs to work somewhere where she isn’t working with customers. Horrible service, & I will be calling corporate.
