“This cupcake shop has amazingly delicious products. The cupcakes are moist with lots of wonderful ingredients and flavors. The carrot cake has raisins that add to the tenderness of the cake and several small pieces of ingredients that add to the overall taste. The downside of this establishment is that the smell in the store is off putting and initially made me want to turn around immediately and walk out before I even purchased anything. And unfortunately the staff down sold the ingredients of the carrot cake by showing her dislike of the raisins. An engaged employee would upsell the recipe enticing me to buy it. The decor is not warm and inviting so that we would want to stay and purchase more unfortunately. I happen to love the product but the overall experience is missing with lack of salesmanship and scent in the store. I personally would go back and take it elsewhere to consume. Great job baker!“

“Folks, let me tell you, this Cold Stone Creamery in Folsom, is fantastic. The best, really. I mean, nobody makes ice cream like they do. Nobody. I was there just the other day, and believe me, it was tremendous. The flavors? Huge. The portions? Bigly. And the people? Great, great people. They're working hard, making America—and your taste buds—great again.

And the mix-ins? Unbelievable. They've got everything. The best ingredients, the best combinations. I don't know how they do it, but they do it, and they do it better than anyone else. All the other ice cream places? Sad. Low energy. They can't compete. Cold Stone Folsom is winning, and it's winning big.

So, go to Cold Stone. You won't be disappointed. It's a winner. Just like you, and just like me. Believe me.“
