Domino's Pizza

We just moved to this area and this was our first time at this Dominos. We tried ordering online for delivery, but unfortunately the website kept referring us to the Domino's in Folsom and Folsom Domino's does Not deliver to El Dorado Hills. I tried multiple times to put the Domino's from Green Valley, but was not allowed. So I finally had to drive to the location to order and pick up my pizzas. The personnel were friendly and helpful and said they were going to look into the issue. Our pizzas were done quickly and exactly as we ordered. Definitely recommend and will be going again.

They have 7 people working here i ordered at 515 said it was prepped at 520. It's 6 o clock and I still don't have my pizza. The kicker is they are telling everyone in line and waiting that their pizza is in the over which is a lie because upon further pressing it was still in the "make line" they are picking and choosing what orders to "expedite". Shit show is an understatement. Doesn't take an hour to make a pizza. People are coming in and they are saying they can "expedite" it and get it out in 15 mins. But I've been waiting over 45 mins. This is awesome

The team inside did an awesome job and is very friendly. They had a crazy woman inside but still remained very polite and professional.
We eat Domino's a lot, but it seems the sauce flavor has changed? It tasted weird today. But we will definitely be back.

My first Domino's pizza since relocating to the US. It was super yummy. Hot out of the oven, couldn't resist and ended up eating in the store. They have a few tables to dine in. The staff were friendly as well. Will definitely return to this store.

This Domino’s is our go to pizza ! Absolutely delicious. Everybody gets what they want. It don’t break the bank. All the staff that I have dealt with have been such great customer service.

Parking: I’m always able to pull right in front . Have used curbside delivery. Very easy to use and convenient.

Everytime I order delivery it's to me so fast, it's hot and fresh, and honestly delicious. Sure there's been a few times it was super busy and slightly delayed but it's completely understandable. I've never received an incorrect item or item loss, it's truely affordable and convenient for me as a busy parent.

My family and I have not had pizza from this store in over 3 years due to extremely horrible customer service in the past. Tonight at 5pm we wanted to see if it has gotten any better and nope! Not at all! We literally walk in the door and instead of just receiving a regular greeting the male worker working on the ovens yelled from the ovens station "our whole screen is full of online orders and they are still coming in. your order wont be made for an hour." Sorry but I have worked for pizza places most of my life and you prioritize walk-in orders before online orders because your guests are RIGHT THERE in person! Whoever owns this Domino's needs to fire the whole staff of punk kids and actually hire adults that possess excellent customer service skills. Worthless crew is all I have to say.

They need to follow the recipes. I ordered spinach and feta pizza. And it had a LOT of cheesy sauce. No feta and it was nasty.

This is the worst dominos ever! I Paid extra to have three toppings doubled and still received a pizza with practically no visible toppings. I took picture and filed a complaint with corporate who agreed with my assessment but then informed me that this branch was locally owned so all they could do was forward the complaint to the owner who chose to not even acknowledge my complaint. Save your money and get a pizza by going anywhere else in town.
