Super friendly customer service, speedy too albeit at 3pm so not busy at all but still worth a mention. Drinks came out great too, got a nitro and a protein latte. If you’re passing by I’d absolutely recommend a grab n’ go in the drive-thru.

Excellent customer service here. Went in for my birthday drink. Staff was very pleasant and polite. What a contrast to Peet’s. Will definitely make a point to stop here again??

The lady at the window made my drink today.. she didn't add the soft top until after the drink was overflowing so she picked up a white cloth towel that looked dirty and proceeded to wipe the lid (where the mouth hole is with it).
That's cross contamination and extremely disgusting ?? DB, you need to refresh your employees on proper food and drink hygiene so that they don't make people sick.
This is after I tipped in the car line, so I will no longer be tipping at any DB until I go through the full experience...

Even if you pulled in first they will always let someone who was there after you cut in front of you. I asked the employee and told her I was before the other car, but she said it’s policy that they have to “zig zag”. I wish they could fix this it happens every time I am there. Plan on being here for a while.

This Dutch Bros is great! The barista’s are really kind, precise and always get my complicated order correct. The drinks are delicious! The wait is very reasonable. Great job Cameron Park Dutch!!

Dietary restrictions: I have Celiacs and a true dairy allergy. Dutch has all kinds of gluten free and dairy free options! I recommend the Molten Lava Freeze with coconut milk!

I went in to get a Strawberry Horchata Chai with Strawberry Soft top. When they gave me my drink it did not have strawberry soft top. I let them know it needed strawberry soft top, and they told me they’d have it right out. When my drink was handed to me it was now an horchata chai with a sliver of strawberry soft top. I parked and went up to the window, and let them know the mistake. The barista came by as I explained what happened and seemed frustrated that it was now my second time going to the window for a mistake. I was told they could give me strawberry syrup and I could mix it in to my drink to make it “pink”. We pay a lot of money for drinks to be made right, and not feel like an inconvenience when we want a drink as advertised. I left feeling like I was an inconvenience to the baristas, won’t be coming back again!

The service was super fast and I got a free temporary tattoo!! The drink is just as good as always and I'm so glad that this new dutch is right next to my house. That makes me want to go to it more, they will definitely see my often. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
