Dutch Bros Coffee

What happened in September 2025? This used to be the best Dutch location. We’d go out of our way to come here. The past month sucks. Low staff. Missing staff (used to have GREAT EMPLOYEES—where’d they go? And ALL OF THEM gone?) currently many employees lack basic competency in even managing the alternating car line, let alone drink order. Sad to see it be terrible now. Hope you find your way again because you WERE killing it!

We love Dutch as it is, but today I had an exceptional experience that deserves recognition. I got a drink for a coworker who has a dairy allergy, so I let the broista know when I ordered almond milk it was due to allergies. When I pulled up, I saw the staff steam clean every part of the process for making my coworkers’ drink. This was so thoughtful and careful. Way to go, DB in CP!

All three drinks ordered didn’t taste right and the large freeze was melted in 5 minutes.

Took so long for like wayyy less cars then folsom or placerville. Its never busy but when it is it takes years.

So much better than the rest…. Service is always wonderful, everyone is kind and chatty, love the drink choices. I go about once a week, probably more than I should :-)

Got the seasonal Horchata iced coffee. It was delicious. They were out of cream for coffees but I didn't mind. Coffee was still good. Family got apple smoothie which is always great and golden eagle. We frequently come to this dutch bros. The service is good.

I love the drinks but i love the people even more. I visit regularly and pretty much always get the same drink. I dont even ha e to say it anymore when i pull up, its great. I bring my little dachshund with me and the staff loves him and feelings are reciprocated. Thank you!

Screw this Dutch Bros, they just let 3 people cut me in line in the drive thru and took thier orders ahead of mine. Will not be returning to this location.
