Although Jamba Juice is expensive, the drinks are always good and the staff here always have a great mood when I go. Love that there’s a drive-thru as well!

Jamba stated on their website and their store door that they open at 7 am, I got there at 7:45 and went in the drive through and waited about 3 minutes for someone to say something and there was nothing. I pull up the front and no one was there and the doors were locked. I normally love this place because of the drive through but this ruined my morning. I hope everyone was ok and there was no accident that happened and therefore there was no opener, but a sign saying they're going to be closed that day would be appreciated.

7/27/2023: I didn't know or realize JJ recently increased their smoothie prices, i.e., JJ had the audacity charging me ELEVEN FRICKEN DOLLARS FOR A MEGA MANGO SMOOTHIE when I supplied my own JJ thermal, stainless steel, glass drinking mug?????? However, the Savory Pretzel was JJ's saving Grace which caused me adding a star--period.Moreover, I couldn't understand WHY the smoothie was egregiously gritty . . . In addition, I couldn't stop overthinking figuring out why the smoothie seemed so bland, almost tasteless, too. WTH . . . ?????

Staff was friendly. Not much room to sit inside, but there are a few tables outside. The little sausage and cheese sandwich was terrific but it is very small. Great treat on a hot day when paired with Strawberries wild.

i ordered a shot and she made me specify it was a ginger one like there’s no other shots bro like and it was just really extra and i didn’t appreciate

Normally I have a pleasant experience here but today for some reason the staff had an attitude. I don't know why. Not very helpful. Just an attitude. Will not be returning Dutch Bros. Can make my smoothie from now on.

Have you ever wanted to feel what it's like to be in a well oiled machine? Yes? This Jamba has a drive through! Unless you are that one weird that orders food at a "Jamba juice " traffic is smooth. All the co workers are great to talk to!

In this pic u will see fur balls Jamba calls fruit- there not! Secondly u see mustard container with Im not sure what is in it-even they dont know? I went there to be healthy--NOT I go to Starbucks!
love. the lady that helped me did an awsome job. I don't remember her name but the date is 10/7/22. she helped me at the extras to help mom with her cold. both the ladies that were working this morning are excellent member to the Jamba juice team.

There seems to he some kind of scam going on with credit card charges. Last month snd now just yesterday I was charged twice for my order. Most people may not pay attention and just end up getting charged. This easily could be a way to charge people who use credit cards (twice) and then not charge those (friends) who pay “cash” keeping inventory and the “cash drawer/ledger” balanced. Stop double charging.

i was at Jamba juice in cameron park todayi asked for my smoothie to be thickmost of the people working working there know mei reviewed my order with drive through but when i got smoothie . it was terribleit was very wateryi am in there almost every day getting smoothieif Makayla is there , my smoothie’s are perfect Mary R

I came here with my son as a treat after an appointment. There was one other mom & son but they left quickly. We ordered our drinks inside & my son wanted to stay an drink outside with our pretzels. There was 2 younger adults working. Outside on one table someone left 3 water cups, so we sat at the other table. The girl working brought our drinks. She immediately came back outside & started yelling cuss words about whoever left the water cups. Grabbed the cups & went inside cussing all the way. My son looked at me very shocked and says " momma she was saying bad words!!"This was absolutely NOT OK whatsoever! Know your audience, and know it is not ok to cuss around small kids, or customers in general. We left immediately after that. We won't be back
