I arrived at Kobe today at 2:30. They said they were not open. However, there website said they were open until 3:00. They turned us away!! We'll never got back to Kobe again. Bad business ethics.

Vegetarian options: They have dishes such as fried noodles that come meatless unless you add protein. Many of their dishes the protein option can be tofu.

I was in the area and was close to this place, so decided to try a bento box to go for a late lunch. I got the bulgogi, mixed tempura, and gyoza. The Bulgogi was so flavorful! It doesn't look appetizing, kind of dry looking, but it absolutely wasn't and melted in my mouth! So much flavor didn't need soy sauce mixed with the rice. I would say their salad dressing is good, but could use modifications, but that's my only critique. Also the miso soup was fantastic! Tempura was also a favorite.

Good food, but they are atrociously slow with both dining in and delivery. Ordered DoorDash, ordered at 6pm, expected delivery 6:52pm, didn’t get food until 7:30pm. Dining in, we’ve waited between 45 and an hour every time. Really unfortunate because the food is good. Not worth it though.

Great bento boxes and sushi! Starting with the miso soup, it was hot and fresh tasting. The salad was good as well and had a spring mix in it, rather than just iceberg, which was a nice surprise. The bento box I got had a spicy tuna roll, shrimp tempura roll, and veggie tempura. All of it was so fresh! I ate more than I should have and will sleep well tonight, haha. The servers were very friendly and helpful. Oh and the restaurant and bathrooms were really clean! I could tell the owners take pride in their restaurant.
