Left feeling bummed we gave the restaurant three attempts to get it right. Our food just tasted off, chicken was rubbery and stale. Garlic fries were soggy. Beer was cold. Service was great on our third visit but the first two visits it felt a little over the top and slightly awkward. It’s a bummer because we were stoked to have this place close to home but won’t be back after this last visit. Hopefully changes will be made for the better and the food quality will be improved for future guests. But I would skip it!

Great spicy chicken sandwiches. Their sauces served on the side were awesome. The fries were crispy on the outside and soft in the middle.Perfect. The salads were served in a very small bowl,but were delicious. Zack was a great server and was very helpful. We will go back

I've been here a couple times and always have great service. Food is awesome and the service is top notch. They always seem to have something new on the menu which I appreciate. Love the Jerk Chicken and the new Gyro. They have a new menu so I have only had a couple items but I've never been disappointed. Keep up the good work!!.........I was there a couple days ago and there was a woman making a big deal about her bill because she thought it was to expensive. The server was nice even though this lady was talking down to her and so loud sharing her experience with the whole restaurant. The server went over the bill and the lady agreed with what she had ordered. She was still upset and said she was going to write a bad review about this place. In her review she mentioned she was handicap and African American which has nothing to do with her service. I'm black and I was there the same time and had great service from the same server. Don't be rude and be kind to people. I hope this lady looks in the mirror and realizes she was in the wrong. I hope that server doesn't get in trouble, she did a good job and kept her cool. Had to write a review about this because I didn't think it was fair for The Chicken Shop to get a bad review when they didn't do anything wrong. Cheers!!

We happened to be nearby for an appointment and stumbled upon this gem. The chicken was done perfectly, and the portions were big enough for lunch the next day ? The server was friendly and attentive. We will be back!Parking: Large, open parking lot. There's outdoor seating by a pond for when the weather warms up.Kid-friendliness: Fun decor. It's not a quiet environment, so kiddos won't disturb other patrons.Wheelchair accessibility: Floor level entry one level dining.
I was mistreated badly. I’m vision impaired and African American and after spending 100 dollars including tip, I was treated inhumanely. My first and last time there. The guest room that Invited me witnessed my horrible treatment I will try to do yelp review with two different receipts. Too many places to go eat at locally to ever visit or recommend anyone here

Stopped in for dinner tonight and man were we shocked at how good the food was. Thier chicken sandwich is one of the best I have ever had. Highly recommend the pretzel bites as well. The ranch fries are delicious too. Will definitely be coming back to try some other things on the menu!

Got the chicken sandwich. Batter was over fried had to peel it off. The meat had a pink ish color to it that wasn't white. Only ate it cause I paid for it. Didn't get sick. Overpriced for the lack of satisfaction. Burger was a burger.Fries were weird, kind of hard, rough consistency. Buffalo wings were ok. Place was nice. The server was nice. What I ordered could use improvement.. I wouldn't go back for food.

Warrior One Salad was delicious, packed with protein and large enuf to be both my lunch and dinner. My 9 year old granddaughter had kids strips which came with fries. She loved it.
