We hosted my niece’s birthday here on a Thursday night, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. Despite having booked a spot for the party ahead of time, we were never told that food would take over an hour. When I went to order, the manager immediately told me it would take an hour for pizza and that we should have pre-ordered — something no one mentioned during the booking.
After 1.5 hours, I checked on our order only to find out the pizza hadn’t even been made yet. At 1.75 hours, with still no progress, I cancelled the order entirely. To their credit, they did refund it. We ended up getting the salad bar for a few guests, but it was barely stocked and had not been refilled.
Others in our group who ordered before me waited around two hours for their pizzas. One pizza — ordered without cheese due to an allergy — came out so overcooked it was like cardboard that turned into sawdust. When they brought this to the manager’s attention, the response was simply that it was because it had no cheese, even though this has never happened to them before.
Overall, the lack of communication, long wait times, and poor food quality made this a very frustrating experience for what should have been a fun birthday celebration. I truly hope they address these issues so future customers don’t run into the same problems.

The food is good. This place looses a half a star for every time I was forgotten or it just took too long. I have tried 8 times to love them, but every time it has taken over an hour to get our called in food to us. There is always a miscommunication or just slow service. We won't be back after today.

It was a pretty nice place overall, the Pizza I ate with my friends though happened to be very greasy to the point it was hard to hold. It did taste really good though, so I just feel like we came at a, bad time so I'd definitely give this place another go for food. The outside area had a lot of games to choose from one being Cornhole, and they had an arcade inside. So, it definitely makes it a fun for the whole family.

After waiting over an hour, the appetizer never came, and when I checked on our order, the pizza hadn’t even started being made—so I never actually got to try it. There are a few other pizza spots in town, and hopefully you’ll have a better experience at one of those, because this definitely wasn’t it.
On the flip side, it does seem like a popular family spot with plenty of kids running around. If you don’t mind long wait times and enjoy a lively, kid-friendly atmosphere, this might be more your kind of place.
