Order over the phone was told 50 min got to the restaurant and had to wait another hour. 2 hours for pizza to be made is ridiculous. Ask to talk to the Manger and ahe had a really bad adatude and could care less about a customer had 5 other customers complain while I was waiting. They have 8 people working you would think they could get some pizza our but they can't. The Manager should not be a Manager all she wanted to do was refund me instead of trying to make it right

Ordered the twisted breadsticks for our appetizer, waited so long only for our pizza to come first. After 20 minutes we finally asked where our breadsticks were and they said they forgot and they will make it right now. They ended up giving us garlic bread that looks and tastes like one of those Texas garlic breads from Walmart. I’m not one to make a scene, so I am very disappointed that I paid for something and instead received something completely different. I guess that’s what happens when high schoolers run the kitchen. Lazy and unprofessional. I’m betting they were too lazy to cook the actual twists. The twists were $8.95 and the garlic bread was $3.95, so not only did I receive the wrong item, I paid a few dollars more than I should’ve. So i was robbed of my twists and money. And at the end of our meal, the waitress asked if she could take our plates if we were done, my husband says yes we’re done, and she proceeds to pick up his plate and then she starts to turn around to leave, but I waive her down to give her my plate, and she goes “oh this too?” With a surprised face??! Like yes you just asked if you can take our plates, why wouldn’t you also grab my plate? She only reached to grab for my husbands plate. How odd of her. My family and I will only give our business to the pizza factory down in loomis.

Delicious pizza! Great spot to entertain as well with plenty of seating and a pay as you pour beer section. Plenty of games at the arcade to keep the kids busy.

WHAT CAN I SAY OTHER THAN YUM. Warning: may ruin other pizza because of how good it is. The fatal flaw however is that it is $32 for a pizza WDYM HOW IS THIS REAL. Also ranch is 50c per plastic container thing which is just like come on man. Really? That is just cruel. Only buy on Thursday when the BOGO is available. Any other time consider donating to Africa instead.Dietary restrictions: Don't come if you are allergic to joy or if you are poor.
The best pizza in the Sacramento region, no contest. And the best value if you go on Mondays or Thursdays, it's BOGO!!

Nothing like ordering pizza that you have to heat up in the oven because it's cold... I live 5mins from them and the order was 1hr late and was cold. It looks like something has changed with them, there are alot of 1 star reviews lately.
