The quality of food has gone downhill! The salad bar was disgusting. Rotten vegetables and lettuce.

The oversees call center us terrible. The man couldn't pronounce Coach Lane.

The girls in the shop are great as is the pizza, but they last couple times the place had zero customers.

Call center really sucks

Well, we won’t be back. They are not happy to serve you when arrive. Clearly I am not the only one who feels this way as they were completely empty on a Saturday. Place was a mess as the help was more concerned about talking among themselves then helping the one and only customer. When they did approach after me having to wave them down I was not treated or asked how they can help, more of an eye roll and “ did you order on line?” Too bad. I would have loved to have this has my pizza place, I will share this with my friends and neighbors. I suggest you go anywhere else if you like happy people and good service.

First time ordering from this Round table a what a disappointment it was. Pickup time was at 7:56. I didn't get my order until 8:25. Upon arriving back home I am greeted with the smaller garlic twist I've ever received from a RoundTable. Probably about half the size of regular garlic twist. Photo attached for proof.

Ordered our pizzas to be delivered 3 hours ago. Called in and was told they had run out of dough, so they were behind. Next call, told pizza wad enroute so they said. It's been 45 minutes and no pizza. We live 10 minutes away. Terrible service. I suggest you find a different pizza for your next pizza order. NOT only are they liars when you call in, but extremely poor management. Canceled order at 8:37 p.m. Will not order pizza from. RoundTable Pizza ever again.

I recently rated another Round Table and I will say the same thing again (guess I'm a glutton for punishment) ... the food is great, the price is ridiculous! Nearly $70 (before tip) for two of us to split a pizza and have a salad bar. That's just not right. We mentioned it to some friends and family and nearly everyone echoed the same concerns. Love RT pizza, but the value is so bad that we won't be back.

The last three orders have been 40+ minutes late. For the most expensive pizza in town, their service is terrible. This seems to be a mgmt issue. If you want good people and proper staffing levels, you need to start paying. Your expensive pizza should fund some quality staff and boost morale.

Really really dirty doesn’t look like they ever clean… soda machine ice never works. Would not trust the pizza not going back

Round table is already one of the pricier pizza places and I knew prices were going to increase with minimum wage going up, but adding almost a 40% increase is insane. Not only did the cost of food go up but now there is an added “service fee”. If you are going to increase food prices maybe don’t also add a service fee. I have worked in a pizza place before and I know that breadsticks cost barely anything to make…so why are 3 small breadsticks and a small salad almost $14??I’m fully aware that the employees don’t make the prices and it’s not their fault but the company themselves are just being greedy with the extra “service fee” ?

Last week, we had lunch at this location and the price was increased by 20%. This week we came back and were charged an additional $1.20 service fee. Which was not posted. We paid cash on both occasions. We enjoy the food but take exception to the new policy.

Pizza was bland, not enough sauce. Drinks from the machine were watered down. They don't serve wine only beer! Won't go back for dine in. $50 for pizza, salad and soft drinks! No beer or wine. Crazy!

I haven't been here for a while and wanted to check it out to see if anything has changed. The pizza was absolutely perfect and tasted great. The counter/order taker listened carefully to the specifics of my order and she didn't miss a beat and nailed it. Can't wait to go back.

This place could do so much better. It just wasn't up to par by far.
