Waited a good 3 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Then told we could not use a gift card because their machine is down. They ran out of lettuce and we had to wait 15 minutes for our sandwich while the gal went out to get more lettuce somewhere. Food was good and staff were friendly, but poor management of store.
This place never disappoints! I recently had their Fresh Southwest Salad and the Pastrami & Turkey Sandwich and wow, the flavors were absolutely incredible. The salad was fresh, crisp, and full of bold, zesty flavor, great portion sizes and the sandwich was perfectly balanced with tender meats and that amazing sourdough bread that ties it all together. To the owner/manager: the three young women working on Sunday 12/29 at 1pm are exceptional. You are lucky to have employees that are kind, welcoming, and have a work ethic that is rare in young workers today. The food was delicious, and the service was top notch.
