genuinely the worst starbucks location. the manager is terrible, it makes me late every time i go. how am i waiting in the drive thru for 20 mins with 2 cars in front of me? what could POSSIBLY take that long. I work at starbucks and it’s just ridiculous and needs to be shut down

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been into. I live just down the street yet I would rather drive 15 min to go to either the Conch Lane location or the other Green Valley location. The manager is so rude. They treat the middle school kids with such disrespect and these kids go in usually daily to buy drinks yet they are told to leave after a few minutes sitting outside drinking their drinks with friends. I feel bad for the kids as they are all even the ones doing nothing treated poorly and yelled at even for just talking while sitting enjoying their drinks. Yesterday my parents were in there with me and we met friends. We all had an order and my son got out of school and ordered his own drink and a bakery item. About 15 min later we were ready to leave he had drank my water and I asked him to go ask for a new one. A worker who didn’t take his order was so rude and denied him water saying she had no order for Declan. I had to speak up and say it was for me. Mind you my mom just went and bought a second drink for herself and a drink for my dad as we were leaving on top of her first order. We clearly spent a lot just in our time there not to mention I already had a breakfast sandwich earlier that morning, yet the manager who took his order didn’t step in just allowed the other worker to refuse a water for him. I understand the no water to kids who aren’t buying anything but they saw him with us, they saw how much we ordered they just wanted to be mean. I did call them out and of course not a single one had a thing to say. Rudest staff ever. If you can go to a different location I promise it will be more enjoyable!

The worst Starbucks ever and I come here all the time since it’s the closest to my house ! The girls here are soo rude Kristen the cashier got my order wrong . And then the servers got mad because I corrected my order ! They get mad because I wanted my order a certain way then they have to fix it .customers are always rite !

If you want only half your cup filled , an attitude of self entitlement this is the place for you. You pay 8 bucks for a venti 6 shot espresso with cream and you’ll get half a cup empty with lots of ice. Why? Forklift and EDH doesn’t do this ONLY here and when you press them they say we’ll have to charge extra !

I usually order through the app so it's ready when I arrive. The employees at this store were friendly and cheerful.

I walked in with my puppy to get some water && my daughter and her friend wanted a drink. As soon as I walked in Christine said “You need to take your puppy outside” I asked her for a water bowl for my dog && she said “you have to make a purchase” I was so taken back about how she went about things that I didn’t even want to order anymore so we went outside. After a few minutes my daughter and her friend went back in with my app to scan points. The lady said “there’s no money on here” & didn’t care to even ask how they were going to pay. They came to me outside && told me that she didn’t have nice manners at all. Ive worked in customer service before && it’s really not that hard to treat people with respect & how you would wanna be treated. It’s not just what you say but how you say it.

I just moved to the area and I love the people at this Starbucks. They’re very nice and always make my drinks right.

As of late the quality at this Starbucks has vastly worsened. The items take longer to get, the drive through takes forever, the employees seem a lot less happy as well.

Everyone there is very nice and helpful they are getting to remember me and I am greatful that they remember my name. Great people who are very helpful and friendly
