Worst Starbucks experience every time rather drive to El Dorado hills then get coffee here. I highly don't recommend

Saturday January 6th, I waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes. Each car was taking minutes. As if this was not bad enough when I arrived at the box to order at 4:55 I was told they were not taking any more orders. I was told the reason was they were short staffed. I asked what I was to do and was told by the girl working I could back up and get out of line. Given there were at least five cars in line behind me. Then the guy working said there is another Starbucks down the road. This takes poor customer service and lazy to a new level. If you are properly staff close you doors until such time you are.

Came by for a quick Pearl tea, but sadly they were out of Peach. Got a tuxedo mocha instead (~$6). Long line, maybe 10-15 minute wait with only 4 cars in front of us.For other local reviews or travel content, you can find us on most socials @sunsetourist

Pretty much the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. On multiple occasions they have given us our drinks incorrectly made. The coffee itself is always tasting burnt. Today will be our last time coming to this location, as 3/3 drinks were made incorrectly. Drink one: Tall Triple shot cinnamon dolce latte - was given a grande with only what tasted to be one shot. Next ordered was a white mocha today and it tasted just like burnt coffee with milk and Splenda. Lastly was a kids hot cocoa with NO whip and it had whip on it. Lack of attention to detail is real at this location.

Service was horrible. Xmas Eve, we were just trying to get 2 hot chocolates for my sons before going to look at Xmas lights.. The girl that took our order through the drive through was very sarcastic and rude and almost didn't let us order when the store was half an hour from closing. On top of that, she skimped us on our drinks each cup was about 3/4 full. The barista was the one with all the piercings in her face FYI. She shouldn't be working in customer service if this is how she behaves with customers.

Always spendy but this location has staff that would rather chat with each other than get your order or display kindness to patrons, not my favorite location.Additional comments: owner left a response to my review; I'm unable to give my preferred method of communication, the link is to customer service page. The 2 staff members at the drive thru were chatting about problems with a significant other, I watched 1 grab the sticker, put it on my cup and stood there and chatted while I sat at the window. No patrons inside, 1 drive thru order in front of me. I'll pay for the coffee, obviously, but will probably choose one of the 10 other locations on my way to work.

I’ve gone to this Starbucks almost daily since it opened. It’s become horrible. My drink is very seldom made right. There are a few employees that do a great job, but the majority could care less. How hard is it to measure correctly and shake ten times? My last drink wasn’t even cold so I asked the barista for ice. She was so rude and nasty. The manager was standing right there and did or said nothing. We’re just going to have to do somewhere else. It’s not worth the aggravation. The former manager Alyssa has her store on Madison. We were down there the other day and our drinks were perfect. The SB on Coach is pretty good as well. This one SUCKS.

I think this might be one of my favorite Starbucks in a 45 mile radius. The baristas are always so genuine, and the coffee is always well made. Thank you!

So I go to this Starbucks because it's close to my house but lately they haven't been good at making drinks...I always bring my dog here she loves the batistas but today they lady acted like my dog was going to hurt her when my dog is loving...I asked her is she is scared of dogs she said yes than she should t be working in a dog friendly environment...on top of all that I asked for a iced white mocha and it had no white mocha sauce in it, I had to throw it away it was horrible, yesterday my drink was nasty also for 6.25 per drink I shouldn't be leaving with a nasty drink...customer service isn't what it use to be I won't go to this location nomore
