Waited in line for 45 minutes only to have the order be incorrect. Didn’t bother waiting anymore to have fixed. Also ran out of beef. Staff all looked confused.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. 45 minutes for wrong orders every time. Always a the longest waits I've ever seen. You could literally go sit down and eat then come back and still wait for your order to get ready. Don't know if it's just old, high schooler staff, or they just dont gives pennies. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else!

Taco Bell Corp was also advised since they don’t seem to fix these issues after all these neg reviews.

I’ve picked up orders from this Taco Bell so many times, and I always end up waiting a really long time. They’re always late and always slow. Every single time there are a bunch of delivery drivers just standing around for 30 minutes, and it feels like nobody there can do anything about it.
It really seems like they make orders out of order and don’t care about completing delivery or app orders on time. They act like they always prioritize the drive-thru first, and even the drive-thru has a huge line.

How bad can you possibly wreck a quesadilla?!? Well, the one I ordered today was the absolute worst! It was steak and had some terrible sauce and virtually zero cheese. In fact, it was disgusting. Im not a hard person to please, either. So disappointed and will NEVER go there again, due to this horrible experience. Complete waste of money.

Possibly the only thing worse than the customer service is the food preparation. The drive thru worker could not have been less hospitable if he tried. It was obvious that work was a great inconvenience to him. Food prep? Order was wrong and minimal effort was used. I understand this is taco bell, but at least try.
