One of the most filthiest locations I’ve been to in a very long time! Customer service is HORRIBLE. Ordered on app and food still wasn’t done 55 minutes later. Very rude gal at the drive in window said they take priority over drive through and walked away without assisting anyone in the lobby. Many customers were waiting asking for assistance and they’d tell order at the kiosk and ignore everyone else. Other attempt at this location was a sit in the drive though for over an hour. Customer service number can give a rats patoote and same with their horrible management. Skip and go to the Placerville location!!!

Closed the drivethrough 20 minutes before closing along with lobby. Left me starving with no other option due to the workers laziness

Idk hire more people maybe? . Seem like store is very busy and can afford it. Long waits. Long drive thru at night. Pick ups most of the time not ready when arrived. still have to wait.

Drive thru is terrible at night. Night shift workers are extremely slow. If you see one car ahead, expect a 10 minute wait. If you see 6 cars ahead, expect an hour wait time. Never seen more incompetent workers in my life. They need to clean house and fire every single worker there. Management must be terrible too. Not coming back. Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too.

Food isn’t bad of course. However, the drive thru line took 30 minutes and I was 4th in line. The employees have to either be extremely incompetent or lazy or both. It’s meant to best fast food not slow food.

For fast food restaurant. Obviously the food is okay. Been around for many years. But for a fast food, restaurant service is slow and staff is a little less than friendly

Tables are dirty, bathroom is dirty. Only way to talk to someone to order food is through the drive through. If you want to dine in you have to use the kiosk.
Burritos had extra items from the assembly line.

Usually pretty solid but last 2 times ordering ahead, it has taken 30 minutes from ordering until my food was ready and the drive through people are flying through. What’s the point of ordering ahead if you’re going to put the drive through people first?! Pretty wack.

I ordered my food online. I had to wait in the drive thru for 2 hours. They did not even start making my food until I got to the window (I could see it). They had 5 people in there, but only 1 and a half people were making food (one person kept leaving and coming back). It took them 20 minutes to make it. I pulled into the parking lot to make sure I got my food. I was missing 3 items. They did give me the missing items pretty fast. Once I got home, anything that was crunchy was soggy. I could fold my crunch wrap supreme into a soft taco. The bottom of my crunchy taco was falling out. It was an all around disappointing experience....I hardly ever write reviews too.

Very slow service. About 15 minutes and there was only 1 customer ahead of me. Employee's in the back very loud. One singing. Won't be back

Safety standards and food standards seem to be low at this location. I've had problems with black grease in my food from improperly cleaning the grill and management doesn't seem to care or take any accountability I'd recommend driving a few exits up for the el dorado hills location

This Taco Bell offers great quality food per taco. Bell standards, however, don't be fooled by the open late banner. They'll close the drive through as early as forty five minutes before due to mismanagement or lazy late night, staff.
