Did not properly create order - missed the boat on several others while we there, too. Requested and paid extra for sour cream on Beef burrito supreme. Burrito came 97% beans, 1% meat, 1% lettuce, 1% sour cream. All service focused on drive thru - this hasn't changed in years.

March 30th around 11:20 pm I ordered but they kept laughing through the microphone and it took a few mins to get my order because of it, they kept saying bruh when I'd say what I wanted and they would make weird comments like "ooo", the "they" in question is a taller black guy with an eyebrow piercing. Then I get to the window and there is a larger lady with a bun who is glaring at me the whole time. Never got a receipt and when I got home my food was very incorrect

Worst Taco Bell on earth!!! Sixth car in line at drive thru, took 40 minutes to get to the window. I had ordered about four items and two sodas, was handed a bag with a taco and a small coke. Girl laughed like it was a big joke when I told her it was wrong. Took forever to get my correct order while the girls working there literally were dancing and laughing. No work ethic at all, they all need to be fired.

You can't order anything from here, they forgot half our order did a second order and they filled our drinks half way. Like what lazy Asz only fills it up half way and sends it off. On both drinks...

Was waiting in lobby for over 20 minutes for my order to be re made. Finally when I got it one of the workers gave me a snobby re mark when I asked them if they got the second order right. Completely disrespectful and immature for someone who works at a fast food restaurant. Never coming back!

Don't come here often, stopped by the other day for lunch and I remember why we haven't been in a while. The staff was nice but if you have smaller kids & don't appreciate cussing as they are leaving work I would avoid going inside for food. Our food came out fast, which was a nice bonus. The inside of the place was dirty & dusty. With ceiling tiles missing or falling/going to fall & you could see so much dirt/dust/grime on the tiles/vents it was built up an just disgusting. The floor was sticky, mind you there was only 1 other person in the lobby but about 10 workers. Would much rather hit the drive thru than stay for food if we ever did come back.

dude... i've been going to this taco bell for a couple years now, 90% of trips are unsatisfactory. staff has never seemed to care very much, especially as of recently. the food is poorly put together and falls apart or makes a huge mess. don't bother getting the cheesy potatoes from here. cinnamon twists are always soggy...who knows why.cinnabon coffees are a consistent issue. they used to tell you that the machine is broken, but they would have it up every other day with different staff.now they don't even have cinnabon coffees on the menu anymore, even for breakfast. all I'm saying is that I've worked in fast food places that were poorly managed with lazy staff, and that's what this place is giving. they would always say things were broken when in reality people just didn't want to clean machines / make certain things.& its ironic how things can "break" and be fixed in a day and then be broken again 2 days later. anyways, go to the one in El Dorado, they're way better.
