for 15 dollars i expect a decent pastrami sandwich. i even paid for extra meat only to get home and ending up eating basically a bread sandwich. not all togos are created equal. this place will now be avoid by myself and family from now on. if togos ever does this to me again i will make my decision permanent against all togos. i hate subway and this was subway level food. last night i had mr. pickles. it 100% put togos to shame. careful togos! you're about to lose a long time customer. im thoroughly discusted because this isnt the first time. it's one thing that you've raised prices its a totally different thing when you blatantly rip people off..last warning..

Been going to Togos for Approximately 42 Years. Have never had a bad sandwich or service. Today at Cameron Park got a Hot Pastrami and it was the first bad sandwich I had ever had. Pastrami cold, no Mayo, wrapped so loose the meat fell out on the way home. I'll still go to Togos, but NOT Cameron Park Togos on Coach Lane.

We've been coming to togos in CP for 13 years. Ever since new management....staff is rude and are not trained well. You used to be able to get a free scoop with kids meal instead of chips or cookie. They don't offer chili anymore which my kids used to eat. Broccoli cheddar soup seems to be the only "soup" offered. The staff will argue with you. Sandwich orders aren't right. My husband wanted togos so I went one more time (not again). The amount of pastrami compared to in the past. Probably has been cut in half. Your sandwich is all bread. It's really too bad.

Just Terrible. Messed up the order on all 3 of our sandwiches. The wait was long despite only one person in line in front of me. This place has low reviews for a reason, and to top it all off the bread clearly tasted old, look elsewhere for a sandwich.

Your staff needs to be retrained. Individual didn't know how to make a sandwich. Then was out of produce and was not aware how to cut lettuce. Tried to get special of the day, employee did t understand what that was. Then when attempting to lay and checkout, I gave her my phone number, as I am a loyal Togo's customer. Employee looked like a deer in headlights. Didn't know what I was talking about, she stated I was already getting a deal of the day and phone number wasn't required. I explained it's the loyalty program Togo's has, again she argued with me about already getting a deal. We ended up eating the sandwich and left promptly. Very table, yes, every table was dirty and either had left over food or drinks and such. Have to say, this Togo's location gives this brand a bad name.

Okay, I will try this again because I want everyone to know this store has huge problems. I ordered through Door Dash. A cheese steak sandwich and a veggie sandwich.We received a stone cold cheese steak sandwich and another sandwich full of meat. We paid $42.00 + for two sandwiches that we could not eat.I talked to Nona, who said she was the manager. I told her our situation, and she made excuses after excuse, but never offered to make the order correct. I was pissed! I told her I was going down, less than two miles, to bring the shit we got back. Nona says go ahead, the POLICE would meet me there. Well, NONA, I will be bringing back the shit we didn't pay for tomorrow , so have the police on speed dial. I am a 70 year old woman who will NOT be taken advantage of.Nona is a detriment to this store. I will never patronize any Togo's again. But, I will see you tomorrow with the crap you prepared for us. I see on Yelp your store has serious problems!

Worst service ever! I ordered Togo's on DoorDash to be picked up, and when my boyfriend went to go pick up my sandwich for me, they told him that they didn't have a DoorDash order for me and I ordered the California club and they said they didn't have that on DoorDash. And my boyfriend told them to make another one, and he won't be paying for it do to the inconvenience. And look how they made my sandwich! Like they didn't have a care in the world they don't even know how to make a sandwich! They even threw cheddar cheese in there which doesn't even go on the California club. Never coming back to this establishment again.

I was just at the Togos and ordered two great sandwiches, James, my server was very courteous and made a great impression of his ability to multitask.
