We’ve eaten here a few times and they even hosted our wedding! The BLS know how to make an amazing meal. It’s Arnold’s little hidden gem and deserves the praise for how great the team does with dinner service. The menu is a rotating menu based on what’s seasonal and how creative the chefs were feeling that month. (it’s ALWAYS tasty, ask the waitstaff) BLS bistro is unique in that they can’t serve alcohol, but they do allow you to BYOB and drinks are self service. Also save room for dessert but it’s also delicious

We try to make a reservation at Blue Lake Bistro at least twice a month. It doesn't have to be a special occasion, it can be anytime to have a great, relaxing meal, especially by the warm and comforting fireplace in the Winter. During the warmer months, we enjoy sitting out on the deck overlooking the grounds while listening to music. Our favorite server is Heather. Every restaurant should be so lucky to have a Heather! I also host quilting retreats at Snowflake Lodge throughout the year. Rob, Chef Zach, Rocky, Alex, Vernon, and the entire maintenance staff are key for making my retreats so successful. We were turned away saying they cannot serve 6 adults and 4 kids. This was 2 hours before the closing time and hardly any table were occupied. If you cannot serve then close the place for the day.

Beautiful restaurant, with a fantastic view and wonderful food. The house made pasta was particularly good, as was the loaded fries... Talk about delicious

My family and I brought some friends to the restaurant a couple of weeks ago. We had the loaded fries for our appetizer. The appetizer was amazing. The shaved prime rib on the fries was perfect! We all ordered the same dinner. We had the dry-aged pork chop (2 inches thick!), with the best tasting garlic whipped potatoes, broccolini on a bed of arugula. The best part? My wife was able to bring a bottle of wine from home to the table. No corking fee! Awesome! Well done!

I truly enjoyed my dining experience. It was wonderful to have a plentiful, creative, tasty, exceptional dining experience. Best kept secret in Blue Lake Springs, Arnold. I love overlooking the beautiful grounds and lake. Saved a lot of corkage fees. This is a bring your own wine and alcohol place. They had all the glasses. Can’t wait to go back.

Bring your own drink and the food is excellent. Indoor or outdoor, always a nice dinning experience.

We are homeowners in Blue Lake Springs Subdivision so Snowflake Lodge is our restaurant. We love the good atmosphere, friendliness and the good food. The decoration for the holidays makes things taste better. All the sports, snack shack, cleanliness, pool, Lake and summer for children make it a wonderful place to eat and see the scenery. The prices are very good, the menu is great and the food is very good. It is a place where you can celebrate an occasion with the two or eight of you all sitting together talking, eating making memories of the good time you are having at Snowflake restaurant.
