Recently they have been putting up signs that say “we will be back in X minutes.” I’ve seen up to 30 minutes. This is not helpful to the customer because I don’t know when you left or the specific time you’ll be back. What’s the point in the business if you leave during peak hours?

Alohana is the best in California, always fresh and great portions, the workers are amazing, sweet and very helpful. No one and I mean no one makes bowls like Alohana. I will never buy from anyone else. I mainly buy and have them delivered by Uber to my job in Escondido at least once a week, sometimes twice that proves how good they are. Dorothy

Horrible experience. When i got there they said it would be a minute before they could get to us. This was understandable since they had recently opened. We waited over 20 minutes as she checked bathrooms and inventory. Would not go back.
