Domino's Pizza

Dirty interior 90% of the time the restrooms closed and whenever you have a pick up order they just take forever to hand out the food even though it’s sitting right in front of you

Bathrooms are a hot mess. And service is rude as...... they treat these marines so mean.

We’ve lived in the area 18 months and only ever order our pizza from here. Will not be doing that again. We have had drinks left off our orders several times. It happens. No big deal. Our Parmesan bites have come to us raw. We received uncooked dough. How does something like that even happen? The pizza has been made so poorly the last two times we’ve ordered that my children (including teens that will eat anything) haven’t eaten it. Mistakes happen, and a bad experience here and there is to be expected, but this has been consistent.

Domino's is always there for us, we eat it often since it's the only place on base that delivers. I am sure their demand is high due to this.

When it's a 2 hour wait or systems are down, that's understandable. They now even have to go off base to get back on base due to road closures.

That's not the problem. The last 2 times we have ordered they have arrived with missing items and I am not talking about sauces. The first time was a whole pizza, the next time was wings and a bacon jalapeño bread [2 items]. The driver is always kind and apologies, says they will get it right out.

Today, was the same. We waited over an 1.5 since he left. Before calling.

The first person I talked to did not ask my information or what the missing items had been, just said I can't look up your order right now. Im sure the driver is almost there. And before I could respond hung up. I called back, got another person, explained why I was calling and that I was just hung up on. And that I just would like an update. He at least got my info and looked up the order, though he kept cutting me off. He said the items are leaving now, I asked since it had been so long are those items fresh amd what the delay was, or are they just sending out what was supposed to go out 1.5hours ago, he said I am sure fresh. And again hung up. We are now technically at over 2 hours since my order was placed, and just over 1.5hrs since my order originally arrived when the items where missing.

I understand being busy. I even made sure to try to be extra nice and calm because of how busy they are but I just don't know how to have hope things will either improve or that they at least could treat us nicely. For the record the food arrived, it's cold, and looks like it's been sitting for a bit. It's disappointing.

I’ve been trying to reach the store for a week now to use a credit that I was given (which I have to reach the store directly to use) and I can not get anyone to answer. I finally got someone to pick up the phone and they hung up on me TWICE!!! I also tried to use my points for a order and this store specifically won’t let you pay for delivery unless you spend $20 + and I don’t want to drive 30’ to pick up pizza when I spent enough for a free one

Good food, but the past 3 times I've been here they haven't provided the correct pizza I ordered specifically on the app. Although its good but why's the point if they don't give you what's ordered?

It does not take over an hour to make a salad. "It's not done yet" is what the employee will say when your order hasn't even been started. Picking a song to play during closing time is definitely worth more effort than serving customers. It stinks, especially when this area has nothing else to offer. Bravo, guys.

Thanks for taking my money but not even delivering my order to me. Hopefully y’all can make this right. Probably should ask for some kind of identification or at least ask for the name before giving my $50+ dollar order to some boot. Thanks for the customer service of not even answering

Missed a ton of phone calls from a unknown number came to find out they don’t deliver to your house anymore, you have to come get it from the car 😂 what is the point of tipping the driver at that point? Tried to call and talk to someone but they never answer. They’re only in business bc we don’t have another option

Pizza was $11. Was very delicious, breadbites were also very delicious. Make sure to use cupons in app for good prices.

Took them an hour to complete my order and then when ready for pick up accidentally gave my order to the wrong person to have to wait even longer for them to remake the order
