Domino's Pizza

Seriously I give up! We have ordered ham and pineapple pizza three times now and continuously do. Not. Get. It! I swear if I get a cheese pizza again in switching to papa John’s.

It’s pretty disappointing that it’s the only pizza place on base. I don’t think businesses would succeed if it was located out on town. I tried to get a quick meal after a long and tiring day at work. Was hoping this would be an easy meal. It sad that you pay for your food only to be skimped out on several ingredients. Please see pictures. I ordered a hand tossed just CHEESE and NY STYLE just CHEESE and they can’t even get that right. I mean it was a plain cheese pizza and as you can see in the pictures there is not even enough cheese to cover or sauce .. looks like I ordered just the pizza plain.
Should I talk about how we have to tear the pizza because apparently they didn’t cut all the way through. This was a miserable mistake !!! I would have been better off with McDonalds. I wish MCCS see all the reviews and do something about the poor quality that is produced here. There should be a different pizza location open on base.

Don’t even bother, go off base or to north side. Waste of time and money when they don’t actually deliver your food but say it’s delivered then finding out it was still at the place.

Remember loving dominos. Just not this store in particular. Past 3 times have had problems specifically with the quality of the pizza. The dominos website states that you have 16 hours to make a claim. Not with this store. The pizza we got was like 1cm thin and tasted off. Called the next morning and they said “yeah, we don’t do that here”. Bad pizza, worse service

Ordered online took them about an hour to come with the food and my order was wrong. Called the store and now there telling me it’s going to take another 38-50 mins. Very disappointing!! Update finally got the remade one over an hour and 20 minutes later and barely any Banana peppers.

Never received order and no one is answering store line

Garbage customer service. I ordered 3 pizzas. One was supposed to be extra pepperoni came with none. I called they remade the order dropped it off outside no knock we didn't even know. On the phone e with the manager an hour later he tells me look outside there it is cold af. I tell him this is awful service and I wanted to call corporate and he says he doesn't work for corporate and hangs up. Called back. They wont tell me his name or direct me to higher authority. Sad experience, we have used them many times.

The employees are such nice workers that does everything right treating the customers correctly!

I order for delivery and emphasize I need an girk and do not get one every time. I ate my Alfredo with my hands today…I live in a barracks that does not have a kitchen, I need a fork ?

This store will deliver your order many hours late, if at all. And the store doesn’t pick up the phone.

Staff on phone says they can deliver to our building. They take our order and payment method. Then 5 minutes later a delivery rep says they cannot deliver to our area 4.0 miles away. I have never heard of a food delivery company who cannot make a simple order with building info and the client offering to drop a pin.

My foot is currently broken due to some training incident, and it’s now been twice that Patrica has helped me by bringing my food to my room as well as helped me by taking out my trash since I’m not able to walk downstairs carrying things due to me being in crutches. She is a very caring and loving person who cares about her client's. She never fails to leave me with a smile. An all around tremendous worker dominos has ever hired.
