Delivery takes FOREVER. Expect the quoted time to have an extra hour added. Food is always mid.

At least 3 but I believe it was four times already where I have ordered food from here but they have marked my delivery as complete even though I never got it, and when I reach out for help, in the most recent case… the worker said “okay, hold on” and just hung up the phone and when I tried to call them back, they just don’t answer… these employees that work here seem lazy or not held accountable for not delivering peoples food. I explained to one of the workers that an employee prior said that “if he marked it delivered, last I saw he was still on the way and can still call your phone” and I said “okay”, I waited another hour and the delivery driver still hasn’t reached my barracks room… i tried to call back and they completely ignored my calls. Someone or a manager needs to check on who y'all employ because I’m sick and tired of having my money wasted on lazy workers who can’t even get doing simple deliveries right.. oh btw the delivery drivers name was Mathew. When I go to report the incident, it offer like free pizza or something but if you click on “I don’t want these offers” it won’t give you anything, and if I do decided to take an offer… the pizza itself is free, but if you go to add toppings even if it’s 1 or 2 more than the free toppings… the price of it is mad expensive including the delivery which cost just as much as buying a pizza… so no I don’t want the free pizza offers I just want my money back… I won’t be scammed anymore by these people but some times, I get back to my room late due to work, chow hall is closed and all that’s open is dominoes so I either starve or get food from this dominoes with shitty delivery drivers!!!!!

You pay 25 dollars for a mid medium pizza. Store is a 1.5 miles away. Takes over an hour to get to you. Make it make sense please. I know corporate sets the prices, but this kinda service and food is inexcusable for the money. Whatever. Only delivery on base so suck it up i guess.

I’ve gotten pizza from this dominos about 4-5 times, purely for convenience at this point. I ask for extra cheese every single time and every time my pizza comes out looking dry, and with less cheese than a normal pizza. If this location wasnt five minutes from our house, I would never get pizza from here ever again.

Quality of food and speed of delivery has definitely improved some nights they are busy (Fri/sat) so it might take a little longer. Delivery drivers are nice and friendly, and if there's anything missing, they will definitely help you out or make it right. Delivery driver even called to get a pin for a training range that was slightly off of the map and got it to me. Awesome service!!

I ordered my pizza with no cheese I’m lactose intolerant. $22 wasted.

Do better. Your estimated delivery time was 20-35 minutes. Cool got it, thats just an estimate. My food got delivered an hour and half later, cold and soggy like drinks had spilled on it. Ridiculous. Thanks for the refund no thanks for the food.

When I ordered chicken and pineapple they added sausage to my pizza even though I can’t eat it because I am muslim and they are also late for pickup orders sometimes. But at least the staff is courteous.

Waited at the drive through for 5 minutes and no one came. Then went inside and got my pizza which wasn't even cut

I ordered my pizza at 9:40 pm, a large 2 topping with two sides for camp margarita area 33 building 8832 and stated that specifically and the worker over the phone read it back to me, the driver delivered it to the wrong area, said he was coming to area 33, never showed up, and none of the phones are working to call and it’s midnight now.
