Domino's Pizza

I swear if these guys weren’t the only ones that delivered on base they would be out of business. Don’t waste your money.

When I ordered chicken and pineapple they added sausage to my pizza even though I can’t eat it because I am muslim and they are also late for pickup orders sometimes. But at least the staff is courteous.

Waited at the drive through for 5 minutes and no one came. Then went inside and got my pizza which wasn't even cut

I ordered my pizza at 9:40 pm, a large 2 topping with two sides for camp margarita area 33 building 8832 and stated that specifically and the worker over the phone read it back to me, the driver delivered it to the wrong area, said he was coming to area 33, never showed up, and none of the phones are working to call and it’s midnight now.

Ordered to pick up through the drive-thru waited 3 minutes and nobody came to the window. Decided to go inside the store and noticed none of the workers were wearing gloves. Once home this is what the pizza looked like.

Takes over an hour and they get something wrong with every order. It’s so disappointing that the only place with delivery to our neighborhood is this bad. Burnt food, that takes too long, and nobody ever answers the phone. This place is so lucky to have a monopoly on base. They don’t deserve even one star.

The quality of this location has drastically changed in the last year. I have changed from weekly orders to maybe 1 order every other month just to see if quality has improved, but this is my last time I’m ordering from this store. The pizzas consistently have way too much sauce, aren’t really sliced, and then the toppings just flow off when you try to serve a piece.

Gave me the wrong order and when I came back to let them know they wouldn’t do anything about it so I paid $30 for a pizza I didn’t want

The delivery drivers are doing a great job, this is not about them. The food on the other hand, has been disgusting far too often. It’s very hit or miss. This time I ordered a cheese pan pizza, it had wayyy too much cheese in weird clumps that didn’t even cook all the way through. It was cut in such a weird mess that it was hard to get a good slice and when I tried to grab a slice everything just slid off. It would have been bearable if the cheese wasn’t raw in the middle. Their customer service has been terrible too. I’ve called twice to have different orders fixed or even just a refund. First time they just hung up on me, this time I sat for 10 minutes listening to the obnoxious phone adds with no answer. Terrible service, terrible food quality, delivery drivers do a great job though.

Ordered two chicken Alfredo bowls for myself and a friend. Both bowls were barely filled and the bottom of the dish was very visible, only a few bites inside. I usually get full from one bowl but there was not anywhere enough to get me even close to feeling full.
