The delivery drivers are doing a great job, this is not about them. The food on the other hand, has been disgusting far too often. It’s very hit or miss. This time I ordered a cheese pan pizza, it had wayyy too much cheese in weird clumps that didn’t even cook all the way through. It was cut in such a weird mess that it was hard to get a good slice and when I tried to grab a slice everything just slid off. It would have been bearable if the cheese wasn’t raw in the middle. Their customer service has been terrible too. I’ve called twice to have different orders fixed or even just a refund. First time they just hung up on me, this time I sat for 10 minutes listening to the obnoxious phone adds with no answer. Terrible service, terrible food quality, delivery drivers do a great job though.

Ordered two chicken Alfredo bowls for myself and a friend. Both bowls were barely filled and the bottom of the dish was very visible, only a few bites inside. I usually get full from one bowl but there was not anywhere enough to get me even close to feeling full.

I didn't get my order. So we complained so they sent a free pizza and guess what... we didn't get that one

I ordered food at 8:30pm, it is currently 12am and I STILL have not received my pizza. I am pregnant and very very hungry. The original wait time was about an hour. When both my husband and I went to call, we got no answer and were on the phone for maybe 20 minutes each waiting for an answer. 2 times before this we had gotten food that had clearly been dropped and had been given issues about it. This location is genuinely terrible, as someone who works in food I'm very very disappointed. They told my husband when he walked there that they will be remaking it, he's been there 30 minutes and the pizza is still not done. I have gotten no calls at all from Dominoes during ANY of this.

Online ordering is a joke, no cancellation option and if you thought calling them would work you are sadly mistaken. 35 minute hold to another 35 min "hold" after they picked up. Worst possible service, avoid by all means if possible.

I was originally upset with having received my order with some items missing
But your wonderful Employee Alfred was very kind and quick with correcting the issue
If I could personally request he be the only one to make my pizza I would

No issues with delivery service. But the bread bowl I got was just a flat pizza crust with a drizzle of sauce on the pasta, and there’s almost zero sauce on the pizza. And i swear every time I eat from here I get food poisoning that same day. Y’all need to wash your hands or change your gloves more or something.

Ordered 2 large pies with 3 toppings each. At 25 dollars a piece for a 14 inch i would expect a fair amount of toppings. I could have taken off all of the topping from each pie and fit them into one hand..... total ripoff. If you have a buddy with a car, just place an order with mountain mikes or something and have the driver meet your buddy at the gate.

The pizza was unremarkable. The pepperoni was dried out and the sausage tasted like vegan food. I’m not sure any meat at all was on this Sausage & Pepperoni pizza. They may have used catsup for the sauce because it sure wasn’t Italian at all. No spices were killed to make this pizza. Not a fan of Domino’s.
