I can't actually rate this Dunkin, because I didn't make it past the CHECKPOINT. Yes, it's on a MILITARY BASE. Thanks so much for that little surprise, Google Maps! God bless our military who take security very seriously 🥴.

I’ve been here 4 separate times over the last couple of weeks, and every time I’ve tried to order food only to be told “we’re not serving food today”, “our oven got too hot”, and “we don’t have enough people to make food”…..who runs this place!? What kind of breakfast chain doesn’t serve food at 8AM!? The service this time wasn’t so bad but the last few times they’ve been pretty rude and entitled acting for no reason at all..…As someone who’s managed a small business, this is awful. The staffing, the attitude, the service, it’s atrocious.

As someone who manages/supervise fast food restaurants and gets denied for an espresso shaken drink 40mins before closing is hard to fathom.

Food is not warmed, always get my order wrong, & sometimes a long wait even ordering ahead.

My husband and I ordered a few items this morning and we ended up disappointed. My coffee was filled only 3/4 of the way, and didn’t have the whipped cream requested. They didn’t label which snack wrap was turkey and which was sausage. The donuts tasted old, and one donut was incredibly tiny, like mini sized, so weird. It’s not even 10 AM, how could the donuts taste old? I typically don’t like to leave bad reviews, but this location is just getting worse as time goes on.

They burnt my food and instead of fixing it just handed it to me and don’t say anything. Got home and had a nice surprise.

Second time I have been here with bad results. Just paid money for a bacon croissant that was definitely on the shelf 1 or 2 days ago. Coffee is hot water garbage. Blueberry doughnut looks like a rat was eating it before she put it in the bag.

Never got to eat here, got sent to military prison for trying to get into the base as a foreign national. Sure the food is yummers though!

Love their coffee. Donuts are not so great; they don't taste fresh. Their breakfast sandwiches are delicious. I always get drive-through and order thru the app. Their employees need to be better at customer service.

Not a single person employed here knows how to make a latte. They serve milk. I can only get a proper drink if I drive off
