Just shut this place down, no matter what time I've gone here I can't get a large box coffee for my office or a few dozen donuts. Employees here are entitled because they are on a military base and service is sub par and minimal at best. No other Dunkin Donuts out in town is this bad, don't waste your time going here

Place is an absolute joke. Have attempted to get any kind of donut before the afternoon and they are out of everything. This has happened on 5 separate occasions and today trying to get a basic double chocolate or powder donut and get told they don’t make them on the weekend with an attitude like I’m supposed to know that they are too lazy to do a simple job. The workers are always on their phones and always just talking to each other and even when I say thank you after buying something just get a smirk like I’m the problem and inconvenience for them. Won’t be coming back. Ridiculous service for garbage quality.

We visited at about 0820 on a Saturday morning. We were the only ones inside getting service and yhere was traffic in the drive thru. Dunkin' was clean and well stocked. There are 3 or 4 tables available to sit down and dine indoors.The bathroom needed attention but this was otherwise a pleasant experience.

I went to Dunkin located at Vandergriff Boulevard inside the main PX. I was there with my wife three days ago in the afternoon a little bit after one the lady was cleaning the grill with a blue rag after that she started making our two coffees but guess what she never wore gloves she went straight from direct to grabbing our cup. I guess I should’ve said something, but I didn’t but that is freaking disgusting, I won’t describe how she looks or her name but she knows who she is freaking. Where did you get your training from? You are a sad employee, cleaning a grill with a rag and then using your hands to make a coffee without putting gloves or even washing your hands, your gloves went from holding a dirty wreck to our coffee cups. I should’ve said something to you, but I guess I was in braving out because I didn’t wanna embarrass you in front of my wife, but you know who you are I will ask my wife exactly what day it was two or three days ago and I will mention you by name if you don’t wear gloves next time because that is filthy and disgusting I think the corporate office should know how they handle peoples drinks or coffees will not go back. Do not recommend do not wash their hands. They handle that dirty rags and then handle your coffee cup filthy.

Who puts granulated sugar in cold coffee?? Ew. It doesn’t dissolve & the coffee is disgusting. Bad beverage plus the atrocious wait times here are not a good combination.

We ordered 2 sausage croissants, they said they only have one croissant (at 10am?) So we ordered one on a biscuit instead. When we got our order one came on an untoasted bagel and the croissant was horribly burnt. We also weren't given any napkins or staws for our drinks. Worst $20 I've ever spent.
