Jersey Mike's Subs

Ordered my two sandwiches at 17:31 per the receipt and it took them till 19:20 to deliver. Almost two hours of wait. The eta for delivery was 18:00 and I called at approximately 18:30 and they told me they were busy and it would be another 20-25 minutes. Which was false and they just pushed my orders to the side to just work on in person orders. Due to sandwiches not being soggy for sitting for an hour plus. Upon delivery they made the sandwiches incorrectly mixing the toppings between the two. The roast beef had the toppings for the turkey and vice versa. Even verified it againt our receipt to make sure.

Extremely good hours for the location it is in. Took a while to open up but seems it was worth the wait. Good sandwich.

I recommend this location only because you can only have pizza so many times. In our experience whenever we order without being in the store (for pickup) we have a 50% chance of our food being totally wrong. When it’s right, it’s my favorite fast sub place and is ?! But… Tonight was particularly frustrating. We ordered 2 wraps, a bowl and a sub. Every single item was wrong. Of course, we don’t know that until we get home and open the food. I’m not one to call and complain because there’s nothing I can do now at 6:30pm but for $56, I expect there to be at least an effort to customize the sandwiches in the way we took the time to select on the Jersey Mikes app. Make sure you double check every time and from now on I’ll only order in store so I can watch and check when it’s made. Not very convenient with 4 kids, so I suppose we won’t go there often. Sorry!

This is the best sandwich place on base. Tonight however, they are not on there game. Not even busy and they’re messing up orders. Customer before me ordered and had to make sure his order was right before he left and because I didn’t check my order I got home and mine was wrong too. Please make sure you’re reading your tickets correctly.
