took almost an hour for a basic single patty burger, when i recieved it, it was soggy and fries were not crisp, they almost forgot my shake too
They closed 15 minutes early for no damn reason
Always a good time
For a Saturday at lunch they only had 3 people working. Not a good place for a quick in and out.
Service is a little slow but worth it.

4 stars because you didnt have got chocolate readily available (not in the store). You had A LOT of coffee available but I'm not a coffee drinker. The food was good and the staff assist was great and patient. The prices are reasonable. I will visit again when I can make it to that side.

Didn't think much of the place at first honestly but definitely my favorite restaurant right now. For a place that offers such affordable food I've never experienced this kind of customer service; its amazing. Clean, great atmosphere and you're treated with a high caliber of respect. Talking of customer service, they take the time to remember your order. So if you're in a hurry one day don't worry, they take care of you here. I've never had that before! I love this place. Literally walk in and they know you and what you want.

This location has had some troubles. In the past, the service was marginal (to be kind), but the food brought us back. It's been a few months, and the wait staff seems to have been changed out. Unfortunately, so has the food supplier.
It has been way too long, (4 years?) since I have paid a visit to this... my all time favorite Hamburger & Malt establishment. The very best Malted Shakes I have ever had "Anywhere" I have ever traveled!! Worth the trip from anywhere. ~V.
The food is good (not always great) but it's expensive and it takes a while for simple things like pancakes or eggs. They're also always out of something. Every time I go they're out of something new. Although the workers are very friendly, they're slow. The tables are also dirty even first thing in the morning sometimes. It's also kind of expensive for what you get. Despite the five times that they've been out of what I want (a new thing each time and sometimes multiple things) they've never offered anything to make up for it.
We loved the waitress but the cooks were incredibly slow for only have two tables to cook for. It took 20 minutes to get our food.
