Why are they always being stingy when filling up drinks??

The service is always slow. I ordered ahead - Diet Coke and a fry, iykyk- and somehow took 15 minutes. The app updated me the order was ready 5 minutes into being there, took 10 minutes for someone to greet me. I stupidly forget that their Diet Coke ends up being Dr Pepper, without fail anytime I order ahead. It took my entire break for some stupid fries.

Ordered food curbside and waited for an hour with still no food, requested refund and manager stated she doesn’t know how to give one. Crew in the back looked lost while making orders. $6 wasted

ordered breakfast on the app at 10:15 went in at 10:33 to pick it up and looked down at my phone and it said my order was canceled. I asked what happened and they said we didn't want to make more breakfast food because it was close to lunch.

The manager tonight Wednesday November 19th was very extremely rude, nasty attitude I came yesterday to get my kids the kids meal and got the same toy as what we got today. I went inside to try to exchange she then says um no she wouldn’t let me. Said she couldn’t do that so I left the toys we don’t pay for kids meals to get the same toys every time we get kids meals. We should be allowed to exchange. We will not be returning to this location as manager was really rude. Also will be going back to get a full refund.

Need to learn to be more respectful and professional to customers trying to explain something and potentially prevent other peoples food from getting messed up bot the first time my foods been messed up I understand its fast food but you can still move fast and prepare peoples food correctly instead of just throwing random stuff together I have worked fast food before at multiple different fast food restaurants and this is by far one of the most unprofessional locations ever I called to make a complaint I speak a few words saying I need to make a complaint to prevent other peoples food from getting messed up or if someone specifically made it clear to not put something on someones food it doesnt get put on there, next thing I went up to the restaurant to complain in person I talk to a manager then the manager goes and grabs the crew member I talk to on the phone to come speak to me then the crew member is very rude and unprofessional and cutting me off mid sentence should really think about getting new managers and crew members.

Quick service even when busy

This location is within the gates of a military installation and base access is required. Located near the air station, it is convenient to access. The staff was friendly and thorough in ensuring my order was correct. The food was served hot at fresh.

Messed up our order, wrong drinks, wrong toppings, cold fries, bad experience over all. If you can, go to the mainside one and save yourself the trouble

How the heck are gonna build a whole new building update all the accessories inside and still have a broken ice cream machine like I know it's cause yall to lazy to clean the machine but sometimes a man just want ice cream

If there were such things as a negative star, I would give it for every McDonald's aboard Camp Pendleton! We have done so many reviews for these stores about various issues and sadly nothing improves.
This morning, for instance, the girl that was working the drive through taking the orders was absolutely horrible! No personality, rude, mostly single syllable words and very disconnected, VERY short ...obviously does not enjoy her job. She needs to work someplace other than customer service probably where she doesn't have to deal with people.
Unfortunately, aboard Camp Pendleton Marine Corps Base, choices are limited and we are forced to have to be subjected to customer service like this. Thank GOD we still have our exchanges to fall back on!

(Travis gave us our food at the window and was extremely apologetic and has excellent customer service)

Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and quality of food. When I went to order an ice cream cone the employee replied with “no” she was very rude while imputing reasons we weren’t allowed to have ice cream. Once I got the rest of my order they had given me the wrong sandwich and all my food was cold, fries, cheeseburger, and they had filled my drink over the lid then proceeded to give me my drink with the soda spilling all over. My cheeseburger had no sauce, onions, or pickles on it, just cheese, meat, and bread. Will not be coming here ago, this is even after multiple bad experiences with this location. For a business located on a military base this is very embarrassing.
