I ordered a small fry, mcchicken, and caramel frappe at 12:30 on a Wednesday. It took 20 min to receive cold fries, a dry sandwich with a microscopic dot of mayo, and about 3 pieces of shredded lettuce, and my drink was not blended.. I understand it was busy, but if I'm waiting 20 minutes for fast food.. it's not much to expect it to be completed correctly.

Time and time again these imbeciles cannot get an order correct. A sausage egg and cheese biscuit turned into just a biscuit and egg. No cheese, no sausage. But I still get charged over $6 each for this garbage.

The cook whispered to the lady about to give me my food and they both chuckled. She looked into the McDonald’s bag before handing it to me and I was kinda confused why that happened. Later when I got to my room, I took a bite of the burger and it was watery and slimy because there was a snot line coming from the burger as I pulled it away. I took the top bun off my burger and saw a loogy on the burger. This was my first time going to this place that was newly built and my last. Honestly disgusting.

Service was quick, kind, friendly, professional. The dining area was clean and the food was steaming hot. I’m supposed to be on a diet, but I came here to experience the older McDonald’s aesthetic before it’s gone this Wednesday! I’d still keep coming here for the quick professional service and clean dining area they offer.And I’d like to add they gave me plenty of napkins with my order which was nice.

The drive-through take-out service exceeded my expectations last night. I had 7 minutes to spare on my way to 20 Area. Damian kindly took my order and payment. Alexander confidently gave me my food. They made a great team at the ordering windows. They were both polite, professional, and friendly. It seems like McDonald's has a strong culture. I recommend keeping them at those positions. The entire process didn't take longer than 7 minutes. I was very pleased to arrive to my destination on time w my kids happy and tummies filled. Thanks for solving the hunger problem promptly guys! Thank you everyone working behind the scenes, too! The fries, nuggets, and McChickens were fresh. Nothing during my visit could have gone better.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. It doesn’t matter what time of day you come here, the food tastes like it was made the day before and it takes less time to drive off base and get food from a different McDonald’s even if there’s only two other cars in line here.
