Service is terrible. They almost always stop making food almost 2 hours before they close, don’t even bother coming anytime close to 7 or 8 all your going to be left with is orange chicken and rice

I went in with plenty of time for them to serve me and they were all out of food. If you go to any other restaurant, they will have all menu items available until they close. I was disappointed with them not having any food available. They also said they were closed and won’t make anymore food when it clearly states they don’t close until 9:00. Extremely irritated.

My food was in the plate with the lid closed and she dropped it on the ground and didn’t restart my order, I’ve never had a problem with this panda and I will continue to eat here but it is extremely unprofessional and unsanitary.

I think the server went by Ken or Kennneth he barely gave me any shrimp. Had a very bad attitude as if he didn’t care whether I got my bowl or not. Don’t recommend coming here again until he’s dealt with.

Very disappointed in this location. 80% of the time they don’t have what you want or are out of menu items at 7:30, when they close at 9pm and refuse to make anything other than orange or teriyaki chicken.
Arrived at lunch time on a week day. It was packed with a long line of hard working Marines. This location is well managed since the place was spotless and the line moved quickly.My order had freshly prepared food, was hot and delicious.
